the litter box being in front of the shower is dealing me psychic damage because of the increased risk of stepping with wet feet onto litter the cats kicked out
So glad I'm not the only one lol, we had a litter box in our bathroom and it was as far from the shower as it could've been and it was still a challenge to not track cat litter everywhere

My kitty litter is right next to the shower because I live in a tiny apartment and there's no better place and it's the worst. We vacuum up the litter constantly but she likes to run out of the litter box and throw it all over the place

this actually turned out so good, i love the way that all of the rooms tied the wallpaper in without embracing its ugliness. hear me out on a challenge idea that’s kind of crazy, but NO PLANTS. none at all. in the whole house and the yards. absolutely zero.

You guys should TOTALLY do a challenge where you follow HOA codes when building a house! Like certain color schemes have to be followed, certain exterior expectations and even safety measures I think it'd be super interesting to see and probably fun to build too!

the best part of this whole video is realising that the incredibly blue cat themed bathroom is technically also the guest one that people use when they come over. and i can't stop thinking about it.
I love that you embraced the options you got and worked with them instead of trying to force them into more conventional themes. In my personal experience, it really helps with breaking out of defeatist build loops. Like "oh no, this doesn't go exactly with what I envisioned/perceive as [aesthetic], I have to use something else entirely or scrap the idea altogether!" kind of stuff. Plus, it's just so refreshing to not see minimalist luxury, cottagecore, dark academia, or monochrome pastels for once. Not that any of those are bad, most are my own favorites! But it's also everyone else's favorites, so it's nice to see more underrated, underutilized stuff getting the spotlight.
Yes! They take the challenge seriously and actually try to make it look good even if it's not their exact style

Okay but I actually love that terrible kitchen tile and the onsen tile! I love building midcentury/older homes, and that awful tile makes me laugh every time while tying the whole theme together. Plus, those silly tile mosaics make for the most ridiculous, over the top kids bathrooms with the murals!

I'd love to see a build challenge where each room is a different challenge! You could have a wheel where each section is a different challenge topic and you roll a new challenge for each room (bonus challenge to try and make it cohesive)

I love the cat wallpaper. Its super cute and rhe color pallet is really fun. Yes its tacky but you can make really fun public bath areas, kids baths and more with it. I made a beach house bathroom with it.

I’ve mentioned this in a past video but I think it would be fun to do another aesthetics challenge but *hard mode* for each room you have to roll twice and merge those two aesthetics (example: Goth and Maximalism for a kitchen. Fairy core and glam for bathroom)
dunno if its controversial or not but i love the lime green and pink kitchen, I also adore the livingroom, its giving the golden girls but if it came out now rather than the 80's and I'm here for it because thats my fave show XD lastly i personally love the dot wallpaper, i use it on my clown sims walls in different colors

Growing up, I shared a room with my younger sister, and for 2-3 years our room was multicolored with butterflies - literally the exact same colors/shades as the polka dot room 😆 each wall was a different color, we had bright matching twin bedspreads and butterfly curtains, and in one corner was one of those multicolored kids floor lamps. Needless to say, it might just be the nostalgia talking but I’m in love with the polka dot room 💅💕
