This video is very informative.
I'm not a farmer just someone who world builds for fun; And I was curious about breeding wheat and crops in general.
I'm sure you know this but I recently found out that the Marquis Wheat Strain is one that was invented in Canada by Charles E. Saunders in 1902. So it's nice to see it's still going strong more than 120 years later
