    Kapalpathi pranayama romba nalladhu. Idhu seiya seiya stomach tighten aagum. Na after delivery seinjiruken. But na continue pannala. Romba loose stomach half comiyachu.

    I am fm Singapore, 10 years ago at T.Nagar i was lucky to see her father and herself. The class was traditional and authentic. GURU Dr Andiappan was a master in yoga. After the covid 19 i will take up the class again. Happy to find her in this yutube channel.

    Madam 5th position there is different from person to person teaching. Some body said stand with leg and tow like a table. Somebody shown the posture like you raise the back upward, which one is correct.

    Good morning mam.. nicely understood from ur video❤️. I have two doubts. For doubt clarification I have split surya namaskar as two halves
    1. Plank pose will follow Ashwa Sanchalanasana in first half and parvatasana in second half?2.same leg to be moved forward in Ashwa Sanchalanasana in both the halves?

    Its a great time mam , I m doing it for past 6 weeks ,now by body is flexible,but in rest position I can't able to bend ,by lying only I m raising lower part .,shall I increase my count, now I am doing 12 (6sets).

      so many reasons for fever
      in your case throat infection so drink hot water do gargling with salt water
