Kapalpathi pranayama romba nalladhu. Idhu seiya seiya stomach tighten aagum. Na after delivery seinjiruken. But na continue pannala. Romba loose stomach half comiyachu.

Madam 5th position there is different from person to person teaching. Some body said stand with leg and tow like a table. Somebody shown the posture like you raise the back upward, which one is correct.

Mam, 12 rounds or 12sets are with both legs include or each leg take it as one round ? Pls clarify mam.... Sets means wat ? One leg with all postures are one set or with both legs all postures finished as take it as one set?
6 set is enough that means 12 rounds each time change your leg
