That first story, manger is stupid about demoting you
Second story, you are a terrible "friend" for one sleeping with him, and two not telling her, you are about to let her marry someone who will cheat on her with out a second thought.
Story 4: That roommate is abusive and controlling. Nothing a set of noise canceling headphones can’t solve. But it wasn’t about the noise, it’s a control issue.

The guy probably got the entertainment center for free and asked the people gave it to him where they got it and they probably told him walmart. But the truth is they probably didn't get it at Walmart but he was going to try and run a con game
Too many try to pull this con, and they do it because it sometimes works.
So wait for the guy going on a work trip the op said it was a group trip then said it was just him and her so I'm very confused as to if it's a group outing (not a big thing) or if he's going alone with chick(which is a big red flag)
For the last story the op did talk to him directly she may not have straight called him out but the numerous phone calls and the conversation they had definitely count as her talking to him. His fault for not taking it seriously and figuring nothing would happen because of his skipping work.
Story 2. Tell your best friend. If you truly care about your best friend, you tell your best friend that her fiancee cheated on her. It may burn the bridge of your friendship, but that can be rebuilt over time. They need to be broken up. If they continue the marriage, who knows when he's gonna cheat again

The OP isn't the jerk if the guy made it a habit of abandoning his post at work he would eventually have had to face the consequences and speaking of the coworkers child support hearing it makes me wonder if he made it habit as well to ditch his responsibilities as a father/boyfriend towards his wife/girlfriend and his kid.

I would double down by purposely coming in late and loudly, buy a bagpipe and learn to play it, learn to cook Indian food, buy a pair of Timpani drums, use a blender and make lots of smoothies, install a cuckoo clock on the common wall of my bedroom, get a Hi-Fi stereo and play the greatest metal hits of the ‘80s.
Last story; don't mix business with personal....translation, tell your husband to grow a pair and stand by his wife which was the one that was on the right of this situation.

If OP ever once valued her friendship with this person she should accept the fact their friendship will be over and spill the beans.
People such as that always try to justify their actions. Nothing new. But she needs to take accountability and make amends (though I doubt she will by her self pitying tone throughout that story).
