My clutch on this rmz250 I'm working on the clutch is rubbing the clutch cover. I cant figure out for the life of me what's wrong. When the covers tight it wont let the kicker even return cuz its rubbing the clutch what's going on please help.

Will be interested to know how much better the clutch is after tightening it back up and how the springs feel etc. Mine always grabs real quick once it gets to a point, real annoying. Might have to take a look to see if the previous owner didn't tighten things down as yours was. Nice camera work, thanks.

Yeah, it was surprising to feel the nut spin..... It was a "that's not supposed to happen" moment. But she torqued up fairly easily and went back together nice. Thanks!
