Wes, when talking about the first time and repeat traffic figures, do they segment this into different types of business? I would think this is much much higher say for example, your AC went out and you need it fixed asap. I would think that data would show they either hire you or they don’t, no second chances because someone is getting the job to fix it today. I would be curious to see data and metrics around this type of business.
