Diagnostic Test Mode Important notice on Beko WM5100S WM5100W
this video can also be used on Alpari, Arcelik, Altus, Beko, Brandt, Bomann, Bru, Bluesky, Defy, Fisher & Paykel, Far, Kenwood, Listo, Saba, San Giorgio, Venus, Wasco with cuircuit board 2827790665
Before entering test mode please be aware that you are not meant to leave the machine Unattended. There is a chance the machine can overfill when testing the water valves or the Machine could overheat when testing the heater. Also when entering the test mode make sure the drum is empty as not to cause damage when on spin mode:

Hi, I have a Beko 5120 washer and it doesn't turn on the lights now. It was worked fine few days ago when I just used the spinner. Checked power socket and fuse in the plug and both ok. What could have gone wrong?

Mine is stuck on test five, extra rinse flashing but nothing happens . I dismantled and cleaned the drain pump. Shall I assume there is more faults?

Hi! I set once my beko WM5100W on the 60 degrees on cotton programme and now I can't set another programme. It's still washing on the same programme of 60 degrees even if the button is set on mini 30 or A class 40 degrees.

bro i have this product and the hot (warm) when it finish drying and spin should to leave the clothes hot with smoke and its not working? i did this test 3 times and only 2 times the warm or heater work i dont knot if i use agan the mode 30 minutes the heater will be ON, or is only another modes like (90 degrees, 60 degrees etc )
This could be a jammed relay on the circuit board without having the machine in front of me I can't be 100%, but I would say it is unsafe to use if the heater is coming on when there is no water in the machine, I would get someone to test it. I'm sorry I can't be any more assistance without having the machine in front of me. I hope you have a good New Year.

hi, my wm5100w is working just fine, but there is a clicking noise while drum is in washing cycle. is this normal with these or wat can it be?
+mikle65 i had a look underneath, its just the carbon brush making the noise. It wont hurt anything i think
If it sounds like a popping noise when the drum is turning, it means your belt has stretched slightly. Nothing to worry about 😊

I tried this, and at the very start when holding the start/pause button i cant even get the door interlock to click and cant progress the test. I suspect my door lock is faulty and having trouble finding part number metalflex zv-446 t3 "28505310800" any one got any ideas the 800 part is nowhere to be seen. Does this matter?
If you send us the full model number of the identification plate to the website one of the staff will look up the door interlock for you. And remember we now do technical assistance once a week via a live stream

I had no motor activity...😮
That means you have got a fault with the motor you did not say which model so check carbon brushes or it may be a direct drive motor. Therefore it could be the PCB all motor
