Been there years ago...treat yourselves and go south via Rocket Paddle boat from Dhaka (overnight trip to Khulna) board another over night boat to visit Sundarbans national forest and try and see Bengal tigers. Enjoy and keep em coming

Hello, this was the first video of your channel that I watched. You have chosen an interesting time to visit Dhaka in particular and Bangladesh in general. By your posting date and by the looks of the streets, I guess you have arrived during the Eid holidays. Till the 8th of July, a lot of Dhaka residents will be gone to their village homes, so there will be less than usual commotion in the city.
But it is the rainy season, so it is also a good time to visit the Sundarbans in the South-west, Sylhet and the adjoining areas in the North-east and the Chittagong hill areas in the south-east. That is provided you don't get turned off by rain and are not afraid of boat rides.
St Martin's Island is off limits to normal torists this time of the year, but if you are an 'extreme' traveller you can try it out. Its rough seas in fishing boat travel.

If it is July, then Rainy season. sometimes rain continues for 2 weeks with breaks. Year to year varies, but sometimes there will be a flood near the big rivers and low-line areas of the country.

Try staying in (the tristate area- local lingo) Gulshan , banani or baridhara area it's pricey but very Cosmo vibe.
Places to visit within Bangladesh the:
St. Martin island (it is a coral island).
Mahasthangarh (oldest known Buddhist ruins).
Coxsbazaar (longest unbroken stretch of beach); visit WWii soldiers graveyard in Chittagong, on the way to cxb.
Day trip for street food fooides is Mohammedpur town hall and nearabouts in Dhaka.
