Awesome Fiesta man. I think when you build these things they’re cooler than the Focus. I’ve driven one, and the only other car I’ve driven that handles similarly is an r53 mini. They’re incredibly fun.
Yeah fairly unique and fun cars, I'm sure the mini is as well. My friend had one but I believe unfortunately the engine blew

I have both a 2006 R53 Mini S and a 2018 Ford Fiesta ST. The Fiesta is definitely a blast and my Recaro’s are glorious, but the mini is so much more fun with the supercharger and a lot louder which also adds to the ridiculousness.
Love the build man!! Random question - What rain guards do you have on your fiesta? Tried some out which were garbage and any others I see aren't clean looking, but yours look incredible!

Did you ever get any running issues like eml with it? Also can you get the resister plug on its own as only ever seen it as part of the Turbosmart reserc valve kit? Sounds so good! Never thought hks would work on the mk7 st
No issues so far with it. I’ve actually been running it for like 9 months now, I just never got around to finishing this video. Technically the resistor is illegal in the states because it gets rid of the CEL. I believe you can buy them from overseas.
@@NoahGaebel appreciate the reply! I’m in the Uk and can only find the resistor if I buy the Turbosmart reserc valve (so annoying as literally just want the resistor from it) :(

Interesting, howcome you didnt go for the GFB DV+ which bolts onto the original recirc valve
I’ve heard great things about that one. I really wanted the HKS because of the sound and I wanted some more rare and unique parts for the fiesta!
You ever get any turbo flutter? Also do you know if it’s possible to have no fin on it? I’ve been looking for a deeper sounding bov.
Not really any flutter, but you can run it without the fin. There’s some videos showing it without, it gets rid of the whistly sound
Is it possible to have BOV in both spot because I already have one at the bypass spot with a symposer delete.
Not really sure, i’m gonna guess and say probably not. I would recommend just keeping the bypass location and a symposer delete or symposer BOV and bypass plate.

Hey! The tailights - are they partially tinted?! Is it pre cut? How did you do this??
They’re the red Spec-D taillights, but I tinted the reverse and turn signals. I bought a roll of film, put it over those spots and then trimmed it out!

How is the response to this? Does it take away any turbo lag for you dude?
Response is very good with it. You can actually tap the trottle on and off and it just keeps whooshing. I believe an upgraded bypass valve is a hair faster due to location though.
Hey! What is the check engine bypass thing that you used?
It came with the pre owned kit I bought, but it plugs into where the bypass does to tell the ecu that the bypass valve is not gone which would cause a check engine light.

Hi! I am not sure, it’s a fairly universal part so it may be possible.
Did you have to retune for this. Does the Cobb ots work?
The ots tune should work, I actually went to dizzy stage 2 the same time I did this along with the intercooler so I let dizzy him know I was going with a vta bov instead of the bypass valve.
@@NoahGaebel I’ve been thinking about the intercooler with the stage 2 dizzy as well. Was it worth it?
@corbwin7703 an intercooler is a very worthwhile mod for these cars as heat soak and temps are kinda an issue. You’re definitely able to squeeze a little bit more out and feel more comfortable without worrying about temps. If you’re already stage one it makes sense to go to stage two
do you ever get transmission problems?
I haven’t had any transmission issues with this car yet. I’ve done a gear oil service to help with preventive maintenance however.
How are those new coilovers on bumpy roads?
They actually amazing, they ride better then stock in most situations and they handle corners much more flat!
