I love no 30, id live in it...do you know if the decor is all original or have been made to look vintage inside?

There are so many independent, as well as sponsored, contracted "ghost" investigator programs to chose from today, and very few which in my opinion, have any credibility. Ghostech Paranormal is at the top of my list and after them, none! I believe the well known programs such as Ghost Hunters, and the very top rated Ghost Adventures started out as honest, independent, credible efforts however after they were signed and had to "produce" on a regular basis for the television and internet audiences the credibility went down the bowl, so to speak. It's just an unfortunate reality that any television deal comes with certain conditions, and you could be the most honest, up front person on the planet with a rock solid reputation but once you sign on the dotted line you no longer call the shots and if you want to keep getting paid and not end up in court for breach of contract, which you WILL lose, and who wants to tell their wife/husband and kids they'll be moving out of the house into a van down by the river? Think about it folks - if there are any investigators here, how often are you getting real, solid unambiguous evidence on each investigation? ZIP? Out of say, ten locations how many irrefutable EVPs do you get? Zero to three? Be honest folks. Of ten locations how many times have you recorded actual paranormal activity, including the holy grail full, or heck even partial body apparitions? None? Apparitions are extremely rare, any credible investigator will tell you that. In fact, a large majority of investigators will never see one in their entire lives. Even hearing unmistakable knocks is rare. I know people who hear a single knock and will argue and even become enraged, insisting "I know it was intelligent" there's no sense arguing with people like that, who "know" every knock and every weird scent are ghosts. I personally do not believe in "ghosts" not the traditional ones, where a deceased person's spirit walks around causing mayhem, or attempting to get a message out. I had my first experience when I was three years old. Well, it wasn't anything spooky that I saw - My father had taken me to his company's Christmas party in 1965. I remember my parents asking me what I wanted Santa to bring me at Christmas, but I wasn't clued into the deal yet! lol. So according to my mother, I mainly wanted my "bot bot" which is baby talk for bottle! LOL! They were frustrated because that was going to be the first Christmas I would actually understand what I was meant to understand!! But it was only going to click AFTER I had experienced it. Anyway, I never did give them an answer. So when we were there I had an awesome time! Back when "Christmas" wasn't causing pseudo "liberals" ears to bleed at the mere mention of the word "Christmas" lol! So the large hall was decked to the nines...no, tens! There wasn't a square inch of territory in that building which wasn't plastered with shiny tinfoil, red, white, green, blue, and more red was shimmering and glimmering everywhere I looked! Huge banners with Santa's winter wonderland depicted his huge castle nestled in a winter wonderland (hey, catchy name for a tune no"? with evergreens and work shops manned by the elves, the grand parents of those who got a walk on part in Lord of the Rings!! There were toys, elves, deer and one even had a glowing red nose! Yes, I also found out about Rudolf that year!! There was a huge, real Christmas tree beside an incredible section of the interior of fat man's fireside living room, which was an absolutely convincing set built from real wood logs and incredible detail that convinced me in the absolute authenticity of this incredibly talented, some would say magical, fat man Santa! The huge stack of gifts on either side of his Santa Throne were also very much part of tricking me into believing the entire deal was real!! That's when Dad asked me again "so son, what do you want Santa to bring you this year" THIS YEAR??! You mean this was happening again...next year?? WOW FRIGGING WEE!! The excitement was too much, and I had been drunk on the wine of my own willingness to believe all my new little buddies who were all either my age or a few years older, and they had filled my head to it's capacity with their own authentic experiences of actually catching a glimpse of the fat man as he stole cookies and milk on his way back up the chimney to the snow covered roof where a team of magical flying reindeer, one with a shiny red nose were hitched up to Santa's sled full of gifts for the entire world!! It was true, it was all true!! Oh joy of all joys, and was going to happen on a yearly basis!! This info had to be shared right now!! Where's my Pop!!?? He asked again and before I could think I vomited the words "tow truck - a white one" out, then spun on my heels and zap! there I was gone! again! I'll spare you all of any more detail except to tell you this - When it was my turn, I joyously sat on fatso's lap and when he asked me all the usual questions about being good blahh blahh and asked what I wanted, I repeated what I had just told my Dad. Then, before the elf who looked suspiciously like the nice lady at Dad's front office handed me a package with sweet Christmas scenes all over it, the fat one said this "remember, my elves are watching, so you better be good" that slightly disturbed me...elves?...watching me?...eee! The gifts were in large piles one for the goils on my left, and one for the boys on my right. They didn't have names on them, and each kid got a different toy. So as I raced back to my Dad to unwrap it we were both filled with emotions! Although Dad's, unbeknownst to me back then, was one of an alarming emotion. Mine was one of confirmation, this Santa fellow comes through!! I don't have any way to confirm any of this beyond a photo of my on Santa's knee, before I got the gift, so take it or leave it - I unwrapped a large box and was overjoyed when I saw a large white tow truck. I took it home and played with for a couple of hours. I remember that entire day and evening like it was ten minutes ago. I had made my way upstairs and played a while up there. It was an old house in Toronto in Southern Ontario Canada, this was December 1965 maybe a week before Christmas, maybe two weeks, can't recall. The house was dark with dark stained real hardwood floors, beautiful wall paneling, and the stairs were bare hardwood, not carpeted with really nice wood spindles, rails and banister at the top. I was in front of my parents bedroom and I made my way in. Dad had a tall wood chest of drawers which I assume he brought from England when he moved to Canada after serving on the carrier HMS Illustrious during WWII. I was so curious about what was on that dresser! I watched Dad each morning getting ready for work taking his cologne, and his hair gel and comb were there, his cuff links, watch etc. Those things I saw every day, but there were other things he would move about which I had to see dammit!! lol! I got up on the bed and I still couldn't see! Before I knew it, I had fallen asleep. It was a deep sleep, and happened so fast. As I thought about it over the years, it seemed like one or two seconds later, after I closed my eyes, I opened them again. To my surprise I was looking down at myself lying on my parent's bed!! I felt my back touching the ceiling, and I finally saw what was on Dad's dresser!! A wooden box with three drawers. His comb, cuff links, two watches and a white tube of "Greasy Kid's Stuff" anyone around my age or older might know this hair product! But my attention was zeroed in on my own body sleeping peacefully on my parents bed. The entire ordeal lasted maybe five seconds then I found myself waking up and still quite groggy. This experience didn't frighten me, it didn't seem strange at all, and as a matter of fact I didn't even tell my parents and had forgot about for quite some time afterward! At that age how was I to comprehend this experience was even out of the ordinary?? Of course as years passed I would think about it, and with age came the realization that I had experienced something truly amazing! I was around 13 or 14 years old when I told my mother about, She remembered that year very specifically because my father, who was NOT easily rattled, who never ever became emotional, never saw him cry, nor did Mum or anyone else, he was rock solid - I guess when you experience being bombed by the Luftwaffe and torpedoed by the Japanese trapped inside a huge tin can, things don't tend to scare you afterwards. But that rattled him...didn't "scare" him, but he knew it was no coincidence. That was God showing me that life was much, much more than any of us realize. Mum shared some experiences which happened to her after that Christmas, and they were terrifying, real encounters with "ghosts" which are not dead people folks, they are lying demonic entities. Hey Jeff Sorry I hadn't been notified of any reply, but that's CZcams for you. I do look forward to the newest season Jeff. Thank you for the effort , there's nothing I like better than to lay in bed and watch these amazing investigations. I also very much appreciate the fact that you didn't attack me for my personal belief as to what these "ghosts" are or are not, and instead you treated me with respect, and that carries a lot of weight for me Jeff, so thank you brother that is greatly appreciated and duly noted. I thoroughly trust you guys Jeff, you've captured some the very best evidence I've heard, and , or seen, and even the big budget programs don't get the compelling evidence I've seen on your cases. If I had to pick the best evidence off your cases it would be the "Hope Public House" episode where you caught the image of a kneeling ...person? On top of a filing cabinet with boxes stacked on it. This figure appeared to be crouched on the top box looking down at you. If memory serve me correctly, I don't believe you knew what you had caught until afterwards while you were editing. That remains the very best extremely compelling evidence I've seen to date. There are a few others which were right up there also, such as the figure you caught at the "Old Norwood Firehouse" and many other fantastic catches. So where pressed to select just one, this creepy dark entity from the Hope Public House would be it for me. Boy could I tell you a couple of stories, and one in particular which both my wife and I saw early one morning after we both were having the hands down absolute worst real nightmares of our lives! These were so thoroughly real and terrifying that we both realized we were dreaming and fought like the devil to wake ourselves up! We both shot straight up out of a dead sleep into a sitting position and in front of our faces was what looked like smoke, which was about 12" X 12" and was a cigarette smoke grey color on the outer edges, and progressively darker toward the black center. The entire room was saturated with pure palpable terror, evil terror like demonic terror...hard to describe, but it came with a strong sense of dread and also had the feeling of a lost child who thinks he'll never see his mum again - combine that sinking dark feeling with pure demonic evil and that's as close as I can get to describing the feeling we both experienced. Whatever this smoke thing was, it was evil and it was up to no good, but "something" woke us both up at the exact same time, and this things was inches in front of our faces!! When we sprang up it appeared to be startled and it took off across the room at about two feet above our bed, then it took a sharp right angle turn, shot over to the wall, then went straight up the 9 foot wall into the ceiling and attic! Our hearts were pounding, the residue of our shared unholy nightmare was still thick in our souls. I immediately started asking my wife questions because I didn't want to influence her answers, but wanted to know if she experienced the same things I had, which I strongly suspected she had, especially when I saw her shoot up out of a dead sleep as I had at the exact same time! Without giving her any details I asked a series of questions and asked her to describe it all! She experienced the same intense, REAL nightmare I had. She also realised she was in an nightmare and began fighting to wake up - exactly as I had. She also described the exact same smoke entity right to the colors and movements as I had observed.. That old Victorian house has real demonic entities in it. We experienced a series of scary things in that house, and as soon as our first son was born we got the hell out of there! If you fellas ever get over here to Canada, Ontario I'll get you investigation time in that house. Pass along greetings and let the team know at least one Canadian is a huge fan! I do appreciate how the team carries themselves, and in some very spooky circumstances! There's no screaming, no hype, no drama. The entire team are rational, and mostly calm even in some pretty scary circumstances. The most "drama" anyone will see on your investigations are those few times where you are taken by complete surprise, and even then, the Hulk would be startled!! Most people would need a fast change of pants! So I do also appreciate the scientific discipline - you're there to gather evidence of the afterlife, and how compelling and exciting is that!? There are a few others which were right up there also, such as the figure you caught at the "Old Norwood Firehouse" and many other fantastic catches.
So where pressed to select just one, this creepy dark entity from the Hope Public House would be it for me.
Boy could I tell you a couple of stories, and one in particular which both my wife and I saw early one morning after we both were having the hands down absolute worst real nightmares of our lives!
These were so thoroughly real and terrifying that we both realized we were dreaming and fought like the devil to wake ourselves up!
We both shot straight up out of a dead sleep into a sitting position and in front of our faces was what looked like smoke, which was about 12" X 12" and was a cigarette smoke grey color on the outer edges, and progressively darker toward the black center.
The entire room was saturated with pure palpable terror, evil terror like demonic terror...hard to describe, but it came with a strong sense of dread and also had the feeling of a lost child who thinks he'll never see his mum again - combine that sinking dark feeling with pure demonic evil and that's as close as I can get to describing the feeling we both experienced.
Whatever this smoke thing was, it was evil and it was up to no good, but "something" woke us both up at the exact same time, and this things was inches in front of our faces!!
When we sprang up it appeared to be startled and it took off across the room at about two feet above our bed, then it took a sharp right angle turn, shot over to the wall, then went straight up the 9 foot wall into the ceiling and attic!
Our hearts were pounding, the residue of our shared unholy nightmare was still thick in our souls. I immediately started asking my wife questions because I didn't want to influence her answers, but wanted to know if she experienced the same things I had, which I strongly suspected she had, especially when I saw her shoot up out of a dead sleep as I had at the exact same time!
Without giving her any details I asked a series of questions and asked her to describe it all! She experienced the same intense, REAL nightmare I had. She also realised she was in an nightmare and began fighting to wake up - exactly as I had.
She also described the exact same smoke entity right to the colors and movements as I had observed..
That old Victorian house has real demonic entities in it. We experienced a series of scary things in that house, and as soon as our first son was born we got the hell out of there!
If you fellas ever get over here to Canada, Ontario I'll get you investigation time in that house.
Pass along greetings and let the team know at least one Canadian is a huge fan! I do appreciate how the team carries themselves, and in some very spooky circumstances! There's no screaming, no hype, no drama. The entire team are rational, and mostly calm even in some pretty scary circumstances.
The most "drama" anyone will see on your investigations are those few times where you are taken by complete surprise, and even then, the Hulk would be startled!! Most people would need a fast change of pants!
So I do also appreciate the scientific discipline - you're there to gather evidence of the afterlife, and how compelling and exciting is that!?

@@bronzesnake7004 l have the same feeling's, for Jeff and the gang, too. An other, serious gang, is the Fourman Brothers, in ," LivingDead Paranormal". They mostly investigate, for people, that really need help with their ghostly living companion's. (Sorry, Jeff!)
