Firstly that was a fantastic investigation , a couple of points, when I think it was Mark asks the child to touch the box when they get to her age she reply’s “you all know how important it is to touch” and the other point is when Jeff jumps back when he hears the girls voice, she says “I hear something” and Jeff said who was she saying it to, I think she wasn’t talking to anyone in the room she was just copying what she had heard Jeff say again like she did on the stage, she just copied “ I hear something “. That place doesn’t disappoint and I hope you visit it again soon.

This is awesome works guys. I had an experience at my house. I have recently purchased a full spectrum camera and was getting familiar with the setting and testing when I saw an apparition. I discounted as a particle in the room and/or dust, but when I saw this video, your apparition looks almost exactly like mine. So, I will rethink before discounting apparitions next time.

Another awesome investigation at this beautiful historic location! So, Jeff, did you notice that after you knocked, and before the two loud knocks, there was an low, but exact, repeat of your knock at 8:07? Also: At 15:53, it sounds like a whispered, "Hey". 21:10 male voice responds after Mark says 'station'. At 27:12, there's a quick shadow at the top right side of the screen across the white sign(?) on the door - not sure if maybe your cameraman had a tall attachment on the camera?? At 36:20 I hear a faint male voice talking and movement. Thanks for sharing your experiences, I always look forward to your uploads!
I would like to pay my respect for your very calm camera work, guys, not bothering us viewers with nervous movements and pans like a Speedy Gonzalez on drugs, as so many of your colleagues do! But what always strikes me is the fact that no ghost hunter (team) asks the ghosts the right questions instead of always the same stupid ones like „Is there anyone here with us?" (Sure, they're always here), „Can you open this door?" (Why should they do that? They are not our clowns, jesters or circus monkeys performing tricks just for our amusement!) or „How many spirits are present in this room now?" (It is not important how many are there, but it is important how it is that they are here and not somewhere else!). And it would be interesting to know what it really looks like „behind the curtain“, why some ghosts are still present in cemeteries, in hospitals or other places where they died and why others do haunt the homes of innocent families, old bars, hotels, offices, shops, theaters or even dirty, rotten and disgusting abandoned places. To get more knowledge about this strange and mysterious area called „death", about the spiritual existence after the physical life and about the fact that spirits can be physically stronger than still living people, that they seem to speak with their former voices, mostly keep their former appearances and their good or evil characters, it would be important to ask the right questions! It is not for me to judge, but I am simply criticizing a lack of professionalism in the ghost hunting biz. If the so-called „ghost hunters“ would act more professionally here, even science could benefit from it and would finally recognize this subject area as a serious research sector.

One thing I'd do though with these videos is..not go down the mainstream/Ghost Adventures-style hamming-it-up route..with the intro/background music/guided-imagery etc for the teens & 20 somethings....Instead, I'd have the chat at the beginning still..(no music/gimmicks/hard-sells) then do the investigation..It would add to the authenticity & realism....

You missed a light anomaly at 31m30s in the centre of the doorway, also using an app on your phone will trigger a KII so close , even on air plane mode. Ditch the KII and just use the Mel.
the EVP recordings sound very watery I can help you with that I have been digitally restoring some of the worlds earliest recordings from the 1880s 90s and early 1900s for the last 15 years what these old recordings have in common with EVPs is 60% noise or more also the speaking is in different spectrums on the sound scale (sound scale is from ultra low to ultra high) find the place and cut all off the other noise off then enhance it and remove bad artifacts (like a click or crack in a voice part) if you want just sent the raw files and I'll see what I can do my youtube Gmail is under most of my videos so I'm easy to find
