I've been watching Ghost hunting programmes for some 20 years and I just found yours the other day. You are the best because you produce the films so well. You're the first person I've seen who does not shout when asking for spirits to make themselves known. All the others shout. It's ridiculous. Also you give some information about the property and area at the start and it just adds so much to the overall enjoyment. I've only watched 4 so far and I will spend this weekend watching as many as I can. I've subscribed. Thank you Jeff and all the others. Anew source of enjoyment in my life. Wonderful.
There seems to be some universal rule, about the borders between the dead, and the living. It's so sad, all the times, they dismiss, them self with," I'm dead". Thank you, for another great investigation. 🍀👍🍀

So sad to learn about Annie You all done the right thing contacting police about the manager,too much of it happening and not being reported.Most companies encourage whistleblowing as they call it yet when it’s done sometimes nothing’s done about it,it gets brushed under the carpet,so hats off to you Jeff.i worked in care myself and witnessed similar

What can I say, another brilliant investigation by the Ghostech Crew. We could do with a genuine Ghost hunt like yours on T.V, which at the moment is sadly lacking. Jeff, you are a lovely soul, and I know you have known many that have passed over who have left with nice memories due to your caring nature which shone through today.
And I just wanted to add after reading some of the other comments about how Jeff narrate the history of the buildings at the beginning it it does really add to my enjoyment of the show as well. It makes me feel like I'm learning something about history at the very least

After you said something about that horrible manager. Something clicked in my mind that made me think what if people like that are somehow punished by trapping them in the place where they used to treat people so badly. That would be an interesting punishment

Most excellent! Your logical style of investigation is backed up by great editing, music and narration. The only thing I would suggest is putting the name of the place you are investigating on your videos. Otherwise, truly one of the best of its kind on YT..
i've watched a few ghostechparanormal and ive noticed that wen a piece of audio has been enhanced there is too much of a static sound and also its hard to interpret whats been said 4 ourselves n not have to rely on the interpretation on the screen other than that 1 thing im enjoying watching!

the shadow you captured seems to move as the camera pans up to the right, their is a banister to the left of the camera, possible reflection of that. what you think gtech?
