I was super longing over this deck a while back, when the mass market version was on pre-order. Feeling glad I've held off. I'd still consider picking it up sometime if I see it for a good price but I think I might struggle with the sameness of a lot of the imagery, the lack of a full illustrative scene in a lot of the cards.

This is my first deck (and very beginner) still havenât tried it out but itâs a funny story how Iâve obtained it so I knew I wanted a deck but I am broke so didnât look into any decks really. So I was in Tj maxx (I believe) and found a moon deck and was like ah I need a tarot deck and if I find one Iâll buy it. And maybe 30 seconds later I saw it and kinda fell in love with it but I still kinda searched for other decks w/out really moving things around and couldnât find any so I took her home and once I opened it she was like u need me lol and I canât wait to start with it. The thing while looking at the cards was the goddesses with the blindfolds on some of them kinda jumps out at me as well as the lights how u mentioned :)!!!
Honestly, I'm in love with this deck. I won't buy it just yet because I really need to work with the ones I have... but it's already on my wishlist cause who knows đ also, your voice is so beautiful and calming! I love your videos đđ

I got my 3 of cups in my deck.
I have the non-mass market edition of this deck, and the only difference I noticed between it and the version in your video was that the non-mass market version is gold on the deck edges and the symbol on the court Cup cards was easier to see. Itâs such an amazing deck, regardless of which version. đ€© Sorry to see that a card was missing, though! Maybe itâs worth reaching out to the artist?

@@WickedMoonlight1 I kinda want the mass market...Iâd like it so I wonât have to worry about them so much. Itâs hard for me to use because I love it so much I donât want anything to happen to it cuz of my fucked up shuffling...mass market seems easier to shuffle?? Damn I wish u had both! I do like that the gilding on my edition doesnât cut me. I love the feel & aesthetics of this deck so much! I waited over a year before I bought it! I want the Textured Tarot but itâs expensive AF!!! This deck kinda scratches that itch also for some reason is what I thought looking at it just now.
Beautiful artwork! Can I be picky and say I wish they hadn't changed so many titles of the Majors? Seems like an odd choice for a deck that is otherwise an RWS clone (not saying that in a bad way). Otherwise I love how it looks! But I think those title changes would be confusing enough for me to pass on this.

13:24 What happened to the 6, 7, 8, 9 of swords? They have lines through them at the top, looks like it's cut??
14:55 I noticed the same thing at the bottom of the ace of pentacles. Hm.
I ended up sending it back in exchange for another. The new deck seems way better in print and no missing cards. The top icons are more visible. IMHO, it might be worth it to get the independent version, but đ€·ââïž

Yeah, but it was a quick exchange and all the cards were there. I thought I was just missing it, or it stuck to another card, etc. I have not had that happen before but its all good now.
