“It’s not even a joke. I’m just reporting at this point.” 😂😂😂
I’ll be 50 next year, and I’d be thrilled to look as pretty as she does.
A good friend of mine is around her age and has a similar hair style. I think it’s absolutely flattering.
Funny lady. 🫶🏼🩷🎉
I can so relate to the high powered hand dryers in the ladies’ room. At the gym I was looking at my hands drying and I thought, “Gee, that looks like waves on the ocean in the wind.”😅
😂😂😂
That’s so true😂
That's exactly what it looks like 😂
😂😂
The first time I used one of those driers I thought I was looking at an X-ray of my hands . I could see every tendon and ligament. Freaked me out for a minute!
My neck was hanging from my neck 🤣 I got chocked laughing so hard 😂
You got chocked?
Choked*
that truly was hysterical
at age 48, looking in the bathroom mirror, tried to brush dirt off my chest, it didn't move. my intro to crepey skin at the cleavage. didn't know what crepey meant til that moment. been using suncreen daily since then. 😂
I'm 67 and you are so relatable laughing is therapeutic. I try to laugh every day. It's like getting high.
Or...maybe you just need better weed😂😂😂
Agree, laugh every single day!😅
Go ahead, youve passed 60! No one will bother U!!
Lol I'm 72 using my medical weed and watching this. She is great😂
I want to marry this woman
I went to my eye doctor last week the doctor told me to put my chin on the chin rest for the examination..I asked him which one…his assistant broke out laughing and almost had to leave the room…what a day..😂
u make me pee 😂
Love it
Uhhh she best be careful she may need Depends 😂
😅😂🤣
Need to change my underwear now...
She has the kind of humour that I would pay to watch because she does not need to put others down to be funny. Thumbs up, Cathy! Dry Bar needs more of you👍
Instead she puts herself down.
@@agomodern Totally incorrect. She laughs at herself instead of making fun of others!
Wonderfully refreshing comedic humor. Yes relatable, but delivery is spot on. I look forward to much more laughter from Cathy. Exceptionally joyful 👏👏Bravo!
@@repentandbelieveinJesusChrist1 Do you know the story when Jesus said to the Pharisees not to stand on the corner and pray, for everyone to see?
In other words, Jesus said, don't try to be a show off and put words where they don't belong. That makes one a hypocrite and you will one day get judged for that when you can not go back and correct that!
I worked with Cathy Ladman in Atlantic City at Caesar’s casino in a room called Cleopatra’s Barge. I played keyboards in the house band. Cathy was such a wonderful person and so funny. She’s even funnier now.
Hi!! I can’t believe you remember that! A million years ago. ❤
Pretty without the blue eyelids 😂
Cathy Ladman... Oh my goodness. She's off the charts funny. I hope to see more of her in the future. Thanks Drybar.
This was fantastic, her delivery was great and she had fun with the crowd. It's also nice to see a woman talk about age and not make it a political issue. She also looks great at her age.
I thought she was maybe 60, not 66. Her hair is beautiful and her face looks great, too.
Adopting a "Chinese" isn't a political issue?
@repentandbelieveinJesusChrist1 Grow up and take responsibility as a human being. Stop believing in a silly god you pass the buck to.
I bet she does not like the comment " at her age".
@@lorenzoblum868 Go back to sleep troll-bot this was for the grown-ups who understand the multi-layered nuance going on here.
"Your eggs are old."... "So is your diploma, but I'm being polite." Great line! Rock on!
I can SO relate to this woman! She speaks the truth. When I was 64, I was watching the local news and they described a brutal attack in a purse snatching of an elderly woman. They reported her age, 64. I didn't know if I was going to vomit or hit anyone nearby. And that, my friends, was the exact moment I began to decline.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂
When you were 64! Wow… so you lived a full life.. God bless you with more days filled peace and prosperity!
You will always have tweety bird. 🐥
Once I was telling my aunt that I need to plan where I’m going to move when my elderly 65 years old landlord dies because he is so old that it can be any day, and then his son may want to sell the house. Then I saw her facial expression and remembered she was the same age also 65 😂 she looks young and he looks old so I didn’t make the connection 😂
How refreshing to find a mature woman joking about getting older 👍
And she did not say the F word once. How novel.
My 72-yearóld sides are aching from laughing. She is hilarious and refreshing. Thank you and Best of Luck, Kathy!
This young girl is hysterical😂 Loved her act.
This lady is hilarious. Don't know why I've not seen her before. And her routine is G rated. I can relate to almost everything she talks about. Yes, we are elderly if we are 60+ years of age. I'm soon 69, next year the big 70. I don't feel a day over 40. I remember during the pandemic when the stores would open early for the elderly. It took two weeks for it to sink in that I am part of the "elderly" crowd and could go early.
I feel the same way ☺️
and dumb ! - I listen first min as a man - and I realize she is dumb ! :))) makeup is random - and gravirty is the prob ! - and there u go - I didnt listen the rest ! :))))
Right?!?
and realizing you can order from the senior menu !!
I'm not pressing the like button because my birthday is 1/11 and the likes are at 111; but I liked your reply. (silly me)
She is actually better than 95% of previous performers.
I agree 100 percent
Wow.... I just looked through the entire comment section. This is rare, but there is not one single negative comment about this lady, not one comment claiming she's not funny. In fact, there's even one who says they usually believe women aren't funny but that this one is an exception. Kudos to her! Now I'm going to start over since I missed the first few minutes while unsuccessfully trying to listen and read comments simultaneously. Haha! 🤣😂
When did I start doing that reading comments before I even finish the video!?
She's Awesome.
Always funny! I worked with Cathy in 1996-1997 at Caroline in the City. She was a joy to be around and just as funny in person. ✨
cool- good for you! btw, i like hearing how entertainers behave irl. i often wonder 🤔 are they aholes off-stage? why do i care?
@@eileennovak1656 I know what you mean. I worked in entertainment for 14 years and there's little good to report. Working on Caroline in the City was a nightmare but Cathy was one of the few bright spots. Working on sitcoms is generally awful. Working on a one-hour drama is less stressful. Cathy treated everybody fairly, regardless of their background or status. She is exactly who she presents herself to be.
@@j.l.spraggins8589 thank you, thank you, thanks again. I felt like a super dork; like usual
😁 Appreciate your understanding and insight. I wish I could talk with you for hours on end. I'll buy lunch.
@@j.l.spraggins8589 Ps. I LOVED Caroline in the City.
Props to Cathy 😀
Hi!!!!
Omg, she is so funny! I have a bit of anxiety about my looks now, but she is hilarious and on point. 😂😂😂😂
I laughed out loud on this one. The joke about Costco is funny and true!
Loved her humor! Totally can identify with her! I also became a first time mom at 46 to adoption of a little boy and at 47, adoption of a little girl from China! Both were babies at the time. Had lots of well meaning comments about how beautiful my “ grandchildren” were! Pushing 70 now!
I’m a long time fan of Cathy’s. Always funny.
I am 80, you don't look so old to me. Great comedy, loved it.
Oh my gosh, I haven't laughed this hard through a whole comedy video for a while now. She's very funny.
She is funny funny funny. I realize that a comedian does not need to use swear words to be funny. The neck joke is great and her chinese adopted daughter joke at the end had me rolling. Can't wait to have my girl friends watch her with me.
Holy crap! Kathy Ladman! I used to listen to her in like 1995 or something! And she also used to do that same eye makeup joke. I still think of that joke when I see a woman with blue eyelids. I'm so happy she's still around and she's doing comedy. What a funny lady
I'm laughing so hard. I had twins at 43 and I feel every word she's saying. I consider Dr appointments relaxing alone time, sometimes I'm the same age as the parents of the parents at my kids play dates, and I am extremely low maintenance. Honestly it's freakin amazing to have young kids right now because I am so present and confident. Tired but present.
Bless you. I had my last two in my mid 30’s. I did not look my age, I felt it though, because all the mothers in the delivery area were in their early 20’s and some younger. The staff kept referring to me as a geriatric pregnancy. Good grief! That was 40 years ago. Hopefully, it’s better now.
@mchapman1928 It's not really better. They say you are of "advanced maternal age" at 35+. I just gave birth at 37. I'm like... I'm not old!!😅
@@biker5662 - My OB-GYN actually scolded me. He said “what do you do with old eggs? You throw them out, you don’t try to grow a baby with them”. I burst out crying. Not very nice. Then he ordered an amniocentesis because of my age.
Sophie, “change of life baby” was another term I found offensive. My mom’s friend had a baby at age 46, and that was the term used.
@mchapman1928 Wow. I'm so sorry that happened to you. I believe that if a life was created, then the life is worthy of receiving a fighting chance to live. God created that life, so it is of great value and should not be mocked.
Such beautifully honest observations. No moaning or complaining just taking the ride-along her experience-rich life offered her, with all its varied complexities. A gem of a set, by a gem of a woman.
Really well put
This is the funniest and the best female comedian I have ever heard. I didn't want it to end! Just brilliant.
She’s hilarious and I love her hair. 😊
I have not had a real deep belly laugh in months!! My God she is wonderful. 😂😂
I hadn't seen Cathy in a long time. Glad to see she's as hilarious as ever.
She speaks a lotta truth
I will watch this many times. And laugh hard every time. Cuz thats one of the perks of growing older,....memory loss😂
she is smart and funny. without being vulgar. they said it couldn't be done. on a related subject, i am 70 and a few weeks ago i had an MRI. she pulled me out of the tube and said, "okay, you're all done". i said, "just give me 5 more minutes".
I almost spit out my ice cream twice! 😝🤣🤣
Even though people think I’m in my 20s, I’ll be 49 years old in less than two weeks, I can understand her pain… Ironically, I’m still working towards adopting, which will be very interesting!!! 😆
Very funny! Love her delivery, rhythm and presence.
Never heard of her but will be watching for more. Clean and a riot.
Wow, what an amazing comedian! Instant love
I ♥ her hair (beautiful) and the neck joke was comedy gold 🤣
She's definitely Top 5 comedian on the Dry Bar roster. Most comedians just tell interesting stories, she makes them funny. I can't relate to ANYTHING she's saying, but I still laughed at 85% of her jokes.😅
Maybe some day you will....Lol
Mrs Ladman is a rare jewel, smart, funny, honest and relatable. thank you.
I’ve been watching Cathy Ladman for years. She’s great.
A few years ago, a younger woman I work with and I each took a survey together. The same survey. At the end, we were both offered prizes for participating. She was given coupons for ice cream and discounted tickets to the latest MCU movie. I was offered coupons for incontinence products and a sample of antacid tablets.
Oooooh. That's just sad....and maddening.
Cathy, tip of the hat to you from 66yo who adopted at 42 and became disabled at 58... may you roll full steam many years.
She's a talent!
OMG I'm dying 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣 start to finish! Full special please!!!!!
Oh my She is Hilarious👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻The Best!!😂
Your delivery was spot on and your topics are very funny
This was so funnnnnny😂😂 couldnt stop laughing!! She speaks so simply and with a straight face, its hilarious and most importantly, no swearing or foul language. First time viewer from India.....loved your set!!👍😍
What a great routine. Very sharp, very perceptive. And just plain funny.
Don't need profanity to be funny. She's funny & relatable.😊
Order out...Chinese! Oh THAT is comedy GOLD! 🤣
yeah and as an asian person, I can't wait til all the racist old farts exit out of earth into a very hot place
I realised I was merging into old age when I could no longer fart with impunity.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
One of my fav movie quotes from BUCKET LIST.....
"Never trust a fart."
I knew I was old when I did a cannonball in the swimming pool and as I hit water my privates flew past my ears!
Not one nasty word and she’s hilarious 😂.
She was very funny, great set!
HILARIOUS. Love this comedian. Perfect timing & delivery.
Her hair is gorgeous!
One of the best I've seen on Drybar
I've loved Cathy's humor from way back before she had ANY gray hair, which is absolutely beautiful on her!
One of the funniest acts I've ever seen!
Who says female comedians aren't funny?! Well, usually me. But I really laughed at this lady, good stuff
Always proud to see female comics who are really good.
This lady is hilarious! I like the one about her neck. I’m 62 and I’m starting to experience this! Great to laugh about it. Such dry humour. Love it ❤
Super good! Very relatable!
Terf team 🤍
Cathy You Killed It!!!
Omg, I adopted my baby from Asia when I was 40.. I could SO relate to that colonoscopy moment. Women in their 50’s and 60’s are crazy parent heroes (we have more patience, at least we tell everyone that when they question our sanity) 😂😂😂 She’s a riot, I love her.
Laughed out loud watching this video. I used to watch her on Comedy Central back in the late 80's/early 90's. She's still very funny.
Thoroughly enjoyed this comedy routine. Hope to see more of her.
She is hilarious! This is a "G" rated performance along with serious "LOL" component! Would love to see more of her! 😂
Very funny. I wanted to hear more
More please!!! You are hitting every laugh button for me. Where have you been?
I'm the same age but I absolutely refuse the think of myself as old. I'm not old. So, ok, the outward signs are there but, thats all. I smile a lot and just live my life as always. 😂
Very good, Nicola and keep smiling
She was hilarious!! And what an amazing couple for adopting! Not everyone would be open to that or find the means to be able to fund such a choice. I can’t wait to hear the whole special.
This is really funny! Cathy, thank you for this for those of us over 50! Drybar keep her coming!
Adopted newborn twin babies at age 50. Yep, 60 now with ten year old sassy kids. A wild ride. Thanks for reminding me to laugh!
Very entertaining and comical.
I totally relate! I’m 69!
She is so wonderful! Hilarious! Thank you!
Wow, she's funny, really confident and relaxed. Great combo!
Cathy's still a delight!
Her eggs are old...but so's the diploma, she's polite! Love it!!🎉
This is hilarious 😂 love her!
The truth and relatable in a lot of areas. She's funny, enjoyed the set.
Cathy Ladman, you are so funny. Thank you for sharing your gift.
She is truthful, funny, and wonderful.
While funny for younger women, she is bitterly funny for the women who know she is talking the truth.
Thank you, Cathy!
😁😁😁
She is so funny………I understood all to well all her jokes. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to LOL about it!
I haven't seen Cathy Ladman since the days of The Comedy Channel. Great to see she's still doing great!
Loved this lady.😂🤣❤
Funny lady!!
One of my new favorites!!!
This is my first time hearing her. We have to laugh about aging or get frustrated with the issues. I’ll take laughter any day !
I've always thought this lady was so funny. Good to see her again ❤
Very funny! Excellent! for a moment I heard a little Phyllis Diller coming through.
YES.....totally agree....spot on 😛👍
I'm an older mom too. Has first pair at 30 and 32, the second set from second marriage at 42 and 44. Once at 45 yo, I went to donate blood and actually fell asleep on the couch. My life was so busy that I never laid flat unless I was going to sleep so when I lay back on the donation couch, my body thought it was bedtime and I fell completely asleep! Lol, my one and only daughter just turned 18, so I totally relate to her tales of 19yo.
I grew up with Cathy and my mom was friends with her mom. Great family and she was always funny! 🎉
Her hair is amazing.
This woman is a riot! We share many of same situations!
My wife and I both turned 60 this year, and it is always amazing when the "elderly" are referred to when you are 55 and older.
I had not heard of Cathy before seeing this, she is very funny, hopefully there is more of her act out there.
I remember her from the old stand up shows from the laye 80's or early 90's
