I love this BUT I noticed one thing that has me thinking. At 0:57 when she supposedly says "Here's to the ones who dream" Shes mouthing "Here's to the FOOLS who dream." IM SO CONFUSED. LIP SYNCING? PRE RECORDED? IDK I LOVE HER THO
We do two performances and I edit the video between the two, so I fixed the lyric in the audio just because. It's a live vocal, it's just edited between the two performances.

When I was seeing the movie [before I saw this] I kept hearing Laura singing Mia's lines in my head as Emma sings. [my brain decided to show me what LLL would look like on a stage with actual theatre people, which ruined my movie experience, ugh] THIS IS A DREAM COME TRUE
She actually isn't missing the point and Laura DOES have the passion and longing in this song. Laura HAD ONE TAke And Emma probably had more than One or two or twelve. Just so you know.

While the mash up is horrid, jarring and just doesn't flow, Laura Osnes absolutely needs to play Mia when La La Land comes to Broadway. The LLL parts were brilliant.
