The friendship between Mike and Trevor is one of the most relatable things in real life Suits has created. Countless talents go down like this . It's just that they have been friends for so long Mike doesn't even want to realise all Trevor is doing is just using him because he's been jealous of him all this while . It's very difficult to get out of it because you always tell yourself "He's my oldest friend , the only one I have " . It's very toxic. Glad he got a friend , a guide and elder brother in Harvey. Speaking from personal experience.

I think it's because Trevor doesn't want to be left alone while seeing Mike move along with his life successfully. Yeah pretty much an anchor and jealousy
As a professor of 25 years, let me tell you something. People do not get expelled for a first violation and they do not get expelled by one individual without multiple sets of eyes reviewing the decision. This is undoubtedly one of the most poorly executed parts of Suits.

True. If this was only a first violation then the Dean should have suspended Mike not expel him.
@@jonnygrossman6357 More likely, he would receive a failing grade in that particular class and have a notice put in his official university record. A second violation would be probation. A third would be suspension. A forth could be expulsion. It's reasonably hard to get thrown out of college.
Mike's grandma was right about Trevor from day one. Glad that Harvey said it better.

If dean's daughter buying an answers for the math test, it's her parents fault, not Mike's. Dean should've raised her better.
That is why the school board was demanding the dean’s resignation, which caused him to take it out on mike out of spite.

Yeah so in real life I doubt the Dean would be able to pull this off. Mike is a Straight A student and he has fuckall proof of his cheating, not to mention Mike could humiliate him by pointing out the Dean is desperate because his daughter cheated and he is forced to resign. No way, no way Mike would be taken down. And if he was, another College would be desperate to get him since he's a genius.

I wish Mike got his law degree from some obscure night school and then when they came to fire him he could show them his degree from the university of Samoa or something similar. Plus it wouldn't be Harvard which would drive everyone crazy.

That letter from harwards is, in my opinion one of the most important things in the whole show....If he had shown it to the other ppl of the firm that knew about him, i think it would have made an impact.
It was her dream to go to the Stanford. Rachel changed her mind when Mike gave her the letter, because, she realised that his dreams didn't work out either.

Jenko 1007 5th and 6th were AMAZING, I liked the remainder but for different reasons. 7-9 were very fun but 4-6 was the utmost quality.

Jenko 1007 yeah I absolutely despise Harvey and Donna together. I also didn’t like when she was first becoming partner then COO, quality went down a bit. This is also due to 3 main characters leaving. I liked it more with them if course, but people have pointed out to me that Mike and Rachel’s arcs were done, which makes sense. The rest of the show focussing on Harvey helped
simha i don’t entirely disagree, but when he did act as a name partner (like coming at Samantha in the bathroom or when he assumed control as managing partner) he was a badass still. I guess they kind of had to soften him up to show character development, but I understand how you can think he was watered down a bit.

I’d argue both Mike and Trevor were idiots, Trevor for selling the test to the deans daughter and Mike for giving 100percent of the answers. If Mike used his brain he’d have given 85 to 90 percent of the answers.

@@raulbetancourt5795 It wasn’t about dating. Mike sold the paper to his daughter which did cause him his job but he had reasons enough to do what he did. Even if he wouldn’t have been fired himself, the guy had reason to fire Mike.
He could have applied for any other law degree at any other college. Or even better, worked as a paralegal!

Then from there go to a law school, just not the best. Anyway for him harvard is also nothing. So he just needs to finish law school somewhere to practice it

No you’ve got it wrong. He only got in once. The letter that he showed Rachel is the old letter from when he was offered a place, but it got rescinded as that Dean called Harvard and told them what happened.
Its funny that in real life they never want date echother and doesnt like echother more then friends ....and only she talk about the work togther befor the show start but he said they knew echother and came close on the show verey fast for the storyline for the show and i trlu belive that he want to be with henny on the show and hate the fact she left

Mike could have gone to Harvard but he messed it up. I understand being willing to sacrifice a lot to help a friend but this is too much. Mike's grandma was right about Trevor. Dean should have punished his daughter for buying a test. Such a shame that it took exposing Mike to Jessica that he never gone to Harvard. Then during Mike's trial Trevor made it seem like Mike was bad influence.

@@prime1916 its a show, it's not "telling" you anything, it's just displaying reality and characters the way they are. It's not a moral story telling you what should happen and what shouldn't, one of the main themes of suit is how people don't receive equal opportunities
You also completely left out the part where....he's kind of a genius with the photographic memory and has a real grip on law. Either way it's a TV show, you want perfect characters, go read a children's book.
