    This looks more like he’s releasing the fascia. Very cool to know how to do at home. I want to know more about scoring Internal adhesions of scar tissue that end up connecting multiple tendons together and how to break up scar tissue in the intercostals and under the shoulder blade.

    Thanks so much for this demo, I saw scraping tools online and did know how they are uses. Now I see that a plastic knife will do instead! I'd love to see how you would do that on your knee after total knee replacement.

    I have great muscle scar tissue in my legs, 80% in my hamstrings. I realized I did something wrong when the
    painful spasms returned. Your video confirmed that I should be grazing it lightly instead of hard trying to get it all done in one sitting. Thanks for the info!

    I had surgery on my ankle to repair a torn retinaculum and have a pretty large scar that extended high on my ankle. At the joint, the scar tissue had gone away. But in the high ankle area, there is still a lump of scar tissue. With this help remove that? It’s been nearly 2 years post surgery.

      great to hear, I would recommend a small amount daily if this is a current issue you are trying to overcome, and after a hard exercise or body effort if it is more for maintenance

    There is a build up of what appears to be scar tissue inferior to my brother’s inner ankle. It’s a pretty big bulge and very hard. Is this in fact scar tissue and will this technique work? The injury was a little over a month ago, but he’s played football on it until last week.

    Will this work on scar tissue from a surgically repaired severed tendon from 15 years ago? I have a lovely big lump o' scar tissue on my EHL tendon on the top of my big toe.

      Yeah I would like to know that too. I cut all 4 EDL tendons in an accident ten years ago and can't pull my toes up properly and I feel that the tendons are stuck in scar tissue on top of my foot.

    I sprained my ankle and I still have a bunch of scar tissue. My ankles are the size of tennis balls lol. This helped a lot and the swelling is down but it kind of hurts.

      ME TOO . my big toe hurts so much when trying to bend it down. My doctor at the post op , grabbed it and just jammed it down . it hurt so much!!! I’m sore the next day and it doesn’t feel any less stiff the day after he does that

    I have scar tissue in the exact area from a football injury 18 yrs ago and it was never picked up on mri ,it caused my whole calf to atrophy which affect my back and make me cramp on the opposite calf because power is unevenly distributed. The tissue feels like hard rock and I did get it surgically removed around 6 years ago but it formed again. It's crazy I thought I had sciatica at one point but I'm 100 % sure this is the cause

      @itsveeo has it caused atrophy or pain in other parts of leg or back ,because I thought I had sciatica /piriformis but it's the darn scar tissue that has put me totally out of balance

    And nothing will happen. I’ve tried all kind of massaging and nothing happened just irritated my skin and injured the surface of my skin many times. I’ve moves further more to micro needling for me it’s just money wasting. I thought about subcision and I did it using 5 and 3 cc needle and guess what happened it’s the same. I think this scares will live with me 🥺it’s very annoying

    You aren't breaking up scar tissue you're restoring the way tissues slide.
    Therapists don't break up scar tissues that's a misconception.
