Neither party give a shit about anyone but the big donors and getting all the money they can get. Even Bernie Sanders owns 4 homes, all worth over 1 million each and a 100k plus sports car. The same goes for every politician in Washington.
He’s saying January 6 wasn’t an insurrection. It might have been a protest that got out of hand…maybe a riot, but it wasn’t an insurrection. Insurrections don’t have people without guns. It’s impossible to have an unarmed takeover of a country. It was a protest that got out of hand. January 6ers should be charged with trespassing, like every other protest that got out of hand. Not trying to overthrow a nation, which is what an insurrection is. Protesters should not be in jail for 3+ years, some without due process, still awaiting trial.
No such thing as an unarmed insurrection… FACT!
And still awaiting charges, denied exculpatory evidence in the form of video footage, some of which has been released after their conventions, agents and undercover police in the crowds(with their bodycam footage showing that they encouraged the violence, with Capitol police bodycam footage saying that they themselves were set up) testimony and documentation showing Trump authorized the National Guard days before and it was turned down by both Pelosi and Mayor Bowser. The officers being reported killed that day when they died at home after the fact, the news media correcting it after an investigative journalist confirmed the truth with the coroner. Followed by congress acknowledging it, then both the news and Democrat congress members going right back to repeating it a few weeks later. A New York Times reporter being caught on video saying any journalist saying they felt unsafe that day was full of it, because there was obviously a number of feds in the crowd. That got admitted to in one of the court cases. And that the feds were imbeded in Trump supporters lives without their knowledge. And in this particular case sitting in on the meeting of the defendant and their lawyer, and also advising the defendant. And journalist that were there that day, that have been exposing false testimony in cases by officers based on video footage he had gone through. They had accused people of attacking them, who video footage actually shows helping the officer. That isn't even all of the information that has come out, but mainstream media doesn't report it, because they want a specific result. Two or three batches of video footage from inside the Capitol have been released, with more to come. It has to be previewed to keep from releasing footage of sensitive security areas to the public. Pelosi refused to release any footage it to the public. There is fourteen thousand hours of footage. Plenty of which shows peop,e walking around between the ropes as if they were in a museum. Not everyone entered on the same sides, or at the same time. Some were waved in by police, some arrived after the breach to open doors and no tresspass signs having been removed from the outside grounds. Yet Plenty have been convicted of amped up charges for standing on the lawn outside, having never entered. The amed up charges came with sentences of years. And the footage shown during the illegitimate J6 committee (illegitimate by legal definition of the congressional rules) was doctored by a Hollywood producer they brought in to put the footage together. And the fifth J6 defendant has just committed self deletion. Not to mention a few Capitol Hill police have done the same. The former 60 Minutes journalist has a very good docuseries about some of it on the green logo app that rhymes with the word humble.

He's saying the idea January 6th was an insurection is stupid as hell. Nobody does an insurrection with no weapons and then just decides to walk out the building. It was just a protest.
So protests now involve breaking into federal buildings and trying to interrupt a constitutional meeting to certify a Presidential election that they didn't like because their orange haired savior didn't win? Sure okay.
Agreed. Especially the type of people who would go to that event in the first place. They would've brought their weapons if they wanted to do a violent insurrection. It's not like they don't have them.

The balloon was sighted and reported as it approached British Columbia, but the US news did not report it until it crossed over into US air space near Montana.
Great reaction Britt. As always, you look lovely! Jim is funny as hell, and does make the point that people just need to think for themselves a little bit, dont believe everything you hear on the news, and that goes for both sides of the news as well! The news is a business, they pay their anchors ALOT of money, and they can only afford it by having viewers, which leads to advertisers...which means the story they tell has to get people interested. And over the past decade, they seem to want to get people emotional, labeling every different group. I miss the days where the news told the facts, and left it with "we will update you when we have more information". They didnt speculate, or blame, just tell me the facts, not your spin on it.
I think alot of people feel that way, regardless of politics, because i promise that story telling happens both ways!

As far as the U.S. giving other countries money for aid, I'm fine with that but don't go overboard. Also, why do we never hear about the other countries that r a part of NATO giving money or how much if they do? It's the politicians' fault that the world sees us as the police of the world when they're always getting us involved in other things not related to the U.S. The world always waits to see what the U.S. is going to do before it reacts.

Bro, I loved Jim as a teenager. His special used to put me and my buddies in stitches because it was just dumb turn your brain off humor.
