Bomsori is a unique musical talent.
And pianist Hanna Holeksa certainly deserves a lot of respect, as she was very quickly able to see and appreciate the unique soul of Bomsori. It is very important. After all, any melody is always played not by a musical instrument, but by the soul of the artist.

Every time when I listen to this, I forget that it is a performance at the competition. She plays a real recital and is wonderful. Great musical phenomenon!
At any of her competitions I have ever heard live or on youtube, she never played for the jury or for competition, she plays for music and for herself, regardless all possible errors caused by adventurous playing required by music making. She may not win the competition, but she always win a gift from music and love from her audience. she is not big in body size but huge in her trust and confidence in music and in her own honest interpretation of music.She is one of my very few favorite violin artists from the young generation.
She is not one of the best. She IS the best! Veriko Tchumburidze won this competition, but I give it to Bomsoro! Hands down. No question! She WROCKS!

@@bryanpareja1895 the fact that bomsori recorded 3 cds has nothing to do with her playing. Its simply because classical music is big in Korea rn and it sells. Veriko has much more depth anyway
I have been following her for years. She just keeps getting better. She has always been wonderfully musical and with her now amazing technique she is simply the best. And so beautiful!

Sometimes, before playing the violin, or in her pauses, Bomsori raises her gaze upward (to the sky). These moments are incredibly touching the soul. They are amazing. They open the soul of genius. Bomsori approaches to the sky for a moment. Her soul is already flying into the world of melody and into the sky. And she already communicates with the sky before she starts playing her magic violin for people ...

From the moment she plays the first few bars of Beethoven's 8th Sonata, you know she is different. The result that she only won the shared second prize is not fair, esp. you know how much she has achieved on stage later on. How could she got to loan that Guadagnini even for the first stage? The loaner must know she is good.

항상 느끼지만 별로 감동스럽지 않아. 마음속에 와닿지가 않는다는 얘기. 지난번 위너인 윤소영 연주를 들으면 알수있음.

김봄소리가 스토리 표현하는건 되게 잘하셔요
투박하게 들려서 그런게 아닐까요? 봄소리님 테크닉도 뛰어나시고 정말 잘하시지만 모든 노트를 열정적으로 연주하셔서 다 프로젝트되는 바람에 다이나믹 레인지가 넓지않아 그런 것 같아요.. 제 개인적인 생각입니다.
사람마다 다른듯. 윤소영님도 그분만의 매력이 있고 봄소리님도 자기만의 매력이 있는 것같아요. 감동 느끼는 것도 사람마다 다르구요. 여기 댓글만 봐도 외국인들 남긴 거 보면 충분히 감동받은 것같은데ㅎㅎ
윤소영님은 압도적으로나 음악적으로나 정말 잘하는 느낌이고 김봄소리님은 그에 비해선 압도적이진 않지만 음악이 정말 따뜻하고 좋아요
