Whether or not Hurts has an issue with Sirianni’s coaching, it shouldn’t come as a surprise if he does. Didn’t most of us fans expect that Sirianni would be fired along with his coordinators? As Head coach, Sirianni was most responsible for last season collapse by definition. Either by triggering it, or not stopping it. The problem regarding assessing Sirianni's precise role in the collapse is that the Eagles have not, and will never, tell fans why that epic collapse happened. The team has left it a total mystery for fans to guess about.

I've heard he's usually one of the tops with sacks. I'm assuming by sending rushers from unpredictable areas. Whether outside lb, inside lb, slot, safety.
But im thinking from unpredictability. Having the skills to rush from edge is important, don't get me wrong. But having the ability to cover as well and the qb to have no idea where pressure is coming from, I believe that's how you get to the qb

Look at all the players they brought in last year and all of the coaches that had to deal with it. Eagles are known for scapegoating players and coaches. Look at how many combinations they had in the secondary last year. It takes time to build chemistry with your teammates. Eagles are always in a rush. Win NOW mode is fine but Howie has gone out and picked up player X over and over and it rarely works out.

Bottom line: Jalen Hurts is getting tired of having to learn a new offense every year simply to keep the head coach in a job. If Kellen Moore's offense works well next season, he will move on to become a head coach elsewhere and Jalen Hurts will be left with a new coordinator and a new scheme, again. It's a tough way for a franchise qb to make his mark.

Jalen is very intentional about what he says and doesn't say. I think the situation is simple, he didn't know how to answer the question because he isn't concerned with Nick right now. He said 95% of what they're doing on offense is new. I'm sure he felt like why you asking me questions about what the coach is supposed to be doing when I have an offense to learn, and most importantly, it's not my job to worry about what the head coach should be doing or is doing during OTAs and Mini-camp. Everyone else is just running with it because it gives them something to talk about until next month. As far as Nick goes, I'm sure what he's responsible for has been explained to him in great detail. I can't see them bringing him back unless they were certain his presence would be a positive for the team. Nick was endorsed Jason and Fletch on their way out. I'm not surprised to hear this. The Eagles do not like strong head coaches. Nick is a weak head coach who won't push back on Jeffery Lurie or Howie. Doug pushed back and got fired. Nick caved and got to keep his job. This is looking a lot like 2020. Credit to Jalen for wanting a strong head coach. Too bad Jeffery Lurie doesn't.

Jalen's stumble just revealed that Nick didn't win the SB his assistants did, last year revealed Nick can't manage a team without stellar Assistants.
