Jones opinion fall flat once you notice Hurts has two 1K wide Receivers. Love didn't do it, not even Dak did it either. It's not all running for Hurts. He did it even with the Eagles meltdown at the end of the season
but what about the rest of the WR core? How well does he spread the ball, or does he force it to those 2? While I wont argue the point you had two WR over 1k, but if a team manages to shut them down, what happens?

Now i know this is hard, but think back to those great Steeler/Raven defenses of the 2000's or Legion of Boom Era of Seatle. Can he get the ball to the other options, or create pass from the pocket successfully.
@darkwulf2k I believe he could. For the run you put 8 men in the box...can you double aj and smith? Who covers the TE or the rb out of the backfield? Who spy's hurts? That's the beauty of the eagle offense the cause match up problems. Last year they didn't have hot reads the year before that they did and you see the outcome.

Goff took two different rebuilding franchises to conference championships and was statistically a top 5 QB both times. Finished top 5 in MVP votes the year he lead the Rams to a SB appearance and took the sorry Lions to their first conference championship since 1993 as well as a division title. He’s literally taking the Lions to the SB if we’re not for overly aggressive 4th down play calling and two terrible drops on crucial plays by Josh Reynolds. This Goff disrespect needs to stop family!

Steve never broke 500 yards rushing, and he was always a top 3 passer. His running ability may have been the best we've ever seen, but it was always secondary to passing he used his legs to bolster his passing, Steve was essentially a more athletic Patrick Mahomes.

I will say he did have a down year last year but we also had terrible coaching on both sides of the ball. And it was his first year under a new coordinator again after doing if year after year all his life. I do think he need to be better at throwing the ball overall but please let’s be very clear it was not Hurts fault why we lost games last year.

Despite missing more than a season's worth of games, the only active QB with more wins since he came into the league is Pat Mahomes. Seems like he's playing pretty well when compared to his peers.

Jared Goff had the #1 offensive line in the league and a great team around him, I’d say top 3 roster and he never hears this criticism that Brock does consistently. His lack of mobility has always been an issue in the playoffs. He had less touchdowns, more interceptions, a worse passer rating, and lost head to head to Purdy. Meanwhile Purdy’s OL was nowhere near as good as the Lions, and Purdy made plays with his legs to beat the Lions. Goff is a very good player, but he’s not the same threat in the playoffs as Stafford, Purdy, Hurts, and Love to me.
Purdy factually is #1 in the NFC and has beaten every single one of these QB’s on this list both in the regular and post season. Undebateable

The biggest factor about Jalen Hurts that holds back is that he tends to lock in on Devonte smith and AJ brown and he’s other receivers and Tight ends are an afterthought. He dosent spread the football around as freely as the other Quarterbacks do . Yes do all the Quarterbacks on this have favorite Targets yes but they still spread the ball around despite that . And Jalen Hurts has a big problem with holding onto the football too long .

Hurts better than Dak? He wins in the playoffs? He beat Daniel jones and a 9er team with no QB to get to the Super Bowl. Every other playoff appearance was a first round exit.. dude lost 6 out of 7 games to close the season.. I think he’s good but sheesh he gets overrated. He has a STACKED offense and his numbers still aren’t as consistent as Dak. The only argument is he’s been to one championship and that’s it but so has a lot of ok QBs.

I really dont understand the idea that Jalen cant pass. He only had about 100 fewer passing yards than Stafford. He has one of the best deep balls in the game and elite accuracy. He has fewer pass TDs in part because he would bomb it down field into short yardage and then they would run it in. He doesnt have as much tape doing the traditional pocket passer thing because thats not what the Eagles asked him to do, although that might change this year. And to be fair he can grow in that area, but to act like he is a run first qb or not a good passer is insane.
Me neither people are causals and only pay attention to the numbers and now the narrative is that he’s a turnover machine mahomes and Allen had more picks than him one got another ring and then the other is completely better than Jalen but nobody remembers when Dak led the league in picks while missing games and choked that year and threw 2 pick 6’s I believe against the packers Jalen > Dak
