Peugeot Citroen No blower fan repair diagnostic climate on a 2013 c4 grand picasso

If you have a peugeot or citroen 5008 or grand picasso, c4 etc then if your fan is not working and you may well have a damp footwell, then you'll need to clean the drain for the windscreen. Fan gets water in and it rusts up the bearing.

I did this exactly as you said although I did change the resistor as it was in a bad way with corrosion brilliant vid thanks very much happy family here with heating

Had simular issue. I had to replace the resistor. When all assembled back my fan is very squeaky.. any ideas how to sort it out ?

Great video!! I’ve got one to look at tomorrow same thing the customer can hear water slushing around and the motor has stopped. Which lube did you use in the end??

I think I used a dab of cv grease, lithium grease will work ok.

I am am having exactly same issue right now. Rain water leaked in to the blower motor. The only issue now is that blower turns on with full speed for 3 to 4 seconds and then cuts off. What do you think, do I need new resistor?
