Thank you very much for your video my husband fixed my heating system..can't imagine the cost taking it to a dealer 👌👏👏
Excellent video, got the fan back to life ! Thanx to you, it saved me quite a lot of money. Peugeot main dealer already wanted to bill 117€ for the diag. I can easyly imagine the final result...
All the best from France
Take care !
Glad you got it fixed, thanks for the comment
Thanks for video it happened on my daughters and thanx to your video saved me loads of time and got me loads of browny points with the daughter lol cheers mate 👍
Thanks for the video, I just fixed mine in under 10 minutes instead of 2 hours pulling my hair out.. working perfectly 👍👍
My PUG 2008 had the same issue. Thanks for uploading. This saved me a lot.
Thanks for the comment
Thanks.... Same problem with a Peugeot 2008-year 2016. Great job, you same me a lot of times. Keep it up !!!....😊👍👍
영상을 올려 주셔서 감사합니다. 영상 덕분에 쉽게 고쳤습니다.👍
Thank you for your advice!
Excellent video. Exactly the same problem. No contact on the positive terminal (melted connector) coming from the battery to the resistor feeding the fan.
Thanks for the comment
The blower on my 2014 Peugeot 2008 was intermittent and may come back alive again by just jiggling that faulty connector block. Suspected it was melted inside as couldn’t disconnect without snipping the wires. Replaced it with a generic electric wire connector block and it works fine - common fault for many Peugeots including 208 and 2008.

Dzięki temu filmowi naprawiłem wentylator w moim aucie 😊

@@rmautodiag this video has saved so much time looking for problem and money..
Thanks for the video. Hello from Ukraine. Дякую.
I had the same outcome, faulty plug👍 thanks
Glad you got it sorted, thanks for the comment 👍
Does anyone know what the black plug thing is called?
Hi what can I use to connect the wires back together ?
is it the same for manual ac?
Hey could you tell me where to source a replacement plug please?
Hi. I am having the same issue with the connector that is melted. Can you tell me pls what type of connector you used because I'm not finding the right one? Thank you
I have an issue where mine is stuck on or open. As soon as you start the engine its full blast, the controls still work to change the direction etc but you cannot turn it off. Any ideas?
For those wondering I think if you search "peugeot electrical multipurpose 2 pin connector" I think that's the one! I know it looks slightly different but think it's the same
Any chance you tried it?
Thanks for the video. Would you have the reference of the plug? I would like to order it to be able to change it myself :)
You don't have to order a plug if you need it fast... I used crimp connectors on mine. If you really want a connector, it's not a make/model specific part. Just get one that's rated for the volt/amps going through
@@johnl6973 which crimp connectors did u use ?
Did you ever find out if there was a reference?
Did you manage to source another connecter for that? Can’t find one anywhere
Any chance you found one?
@@chrispy2117 nah just used a wago, it’s not set my car of fire… yet
Did u use a 4 way wago or 2 x 2ways? @@Mark32986
Any idea where I can get the connector from online? or a part suitable to use as a jumper?
Hi Nathan, did you find a solution to this? Looking for a part to use 😬
Same question as @nickclark4372, any chance you've found anything?
Any idea if it is not this plug. I have 14V on both sides of the connector
I have the same problem as you. 14v on both sides of the connector but still the motor does not work. Have you found out what was the problem in your case? Thanks
@HF 916 Hey there, did you manage to find the issue and get it sorted?
👍
Thanks for the comment
Where are you based?
Somerset UK
@@rmautodiag oh damn I’m London, cold air is coming out and hot air is as well but there seems to be no pressure, like you can just about feel it next to the fans, does this mean the blower is broken or the connection for it?
@@nedas7983 I would check this connection first
