The throne of ideas is a real thing but probably has more to do with distancing yourself from the task you're doing rather than magic.

It's basically just meditating leave yourself bored without any distractions in any room and you'll have interesting/creative ideas. So basically just being bored is good enough.

It’s been proven by science that sitting down to pee as a guy allows you to fully expel your bladder.
Not that standing to pee isn’t great, but sometimes, sitting is needed.
It also minimizes splash.
All when you do a ton of Molly and can't pee, sitting down helps get you going

You need to twist it and and kind of lean back or sideways and it's super uncomfortable.

I'm 100% on Garnt's side on this one. I also take a few minutes longer than most when going #2, you gotta just let gravity do it's thing, plus the cleaning time (considering we don't have bidet toilets much in the states). With that I'm typically a once a day person, of I go twice then, I may not have finished, if I have to a go third time, then somethings wrong with my stomach.

With Garnt on this one, but kinda unwillingly. My father's side, and it got passed down to me, for some god forsaken reason all have trouble going to the bathroom. It's so bad that my dad had to have surgery done a few years back just so he could use the bathroom without straining. Hopefully I don't get that bad, but yea, at absolute most, on the worst days, I can be in the bathroom for an hour and a half. Minimum is like 15 minutes. It's pretty shitty.
