آپ نے نمک کا استعمال کم کرنے کو کہا ہے. میری عمر 63 سال، ایک کڈنی بائی برتھ اور سوڈیم لیول 112 تک چلا گیا تھا. اب 130 ہو گیا ہے.. سوڈیم کلورائیڈ یا سوڈا منٹ دو دو گولیاں تین بار ڈیلی لے رہی ہوں..
ہائیپرٹینشن کی وجہ سے یہ مسئلہ پیش آیا ہے جس میں سراسر بدپرہیزی اور خیال نہ کرنے میں میری ہی غلطی ہے. اب بلڈ پریشر کے لئے Norvasc 5m g اور Cardura 2mg صبح، Concor 2 1/2 دوپہر اور رات کو Cardura 4 mg لے رہی ہوں. صبح اور دوپہر کو تو بی پی نارمل یا اکثر اوقات کم ہو جاتا ہے لیکن چند روز سے 1 60، 170 اور نیچے والا 90 سے اوپر جا رہا ہے. مجھے کیا کرنا چاہیے اور Ketostiral کا آپ نے متبادل پروٹین کی تھوڑی سی زیادتی کرنے کو کہی ہے. مجھے بلڈ پریشر کی دوا اور پروٹین و سوڈیم کا تناسب بتائیں کہ کیا کروں

Dr sahab.May you live longest .you are doing a greatest job for the people. Mostly I watch your informative and useful videos. Everyone doesn't know because LESS Knowledge is dangerous thing..I live in abbottabad .It is very far place. I am widow and diabetic patient since four years and I have both sides of kidneys pain .often I have UTI problem.I did my creatine test which is not high .but I have continual pain for several months .plz tell me what I do? Please reply as soon as possible

Sir today i saw ur video on CZcams very informative.sir my mother is also a ckd patient last 5 years. Last week dr advised for fistula. Last 2 times drs tryied for fistula but they failed. Now here creatinine is 7.5 and uric acid is 3.6. And vitamin D test is 11.7. What should i do now. Kindly suggest me. Can we reduce the creatinine.

Blood urea (Not BUN)=43 mg/dl
Serum Creatinine=0.9 mg/dl
Uric Acid=4.6 mg/dl
Serum Sodium=141 meq/L
