Strobe is not a "tactical" feature, its a marketing gimmick with no real world function beyond parties

I have the 5000K version of the Pokelit AA. I was planning on getting a 6500K version to pair with it. I may look into the TAC AA and get the 6500K version of it instead. The TAC AA seems to be more of a thrower than the Pokelit.

Great little light for the price . Not as nice as Phoenix's 1:23 a thrower but it is much cheaper and can take AA batteries . It's funny when it comes to a tactical light how much would the Secret Service have loved to have had this back in the old Surefire 6p days which really wasn't that long ago when you think about it

When it comes to 14500 lights acebeam is awesome good quality performance amd price. I bought the cw model for my friend a while ago and never got one of these for myself but I definitely need one.

Bought one (hi cri) as a gift for my gf. Love it, should have got one to add to my collection. ✌️

It’s a good light I just think that the tail cap could be better. It doesn’t feel confortable to click it on and off like the pokelit.

Got the hi CRI version and it has a strange donut “eclipse” type ring at the edge of the corona. I think it must be a mfr. defect.

It's not a defect. Mine has it too. But you shouldn't notice it past 5 yards. I can't and believe me I'm very picky lol

This is not a Tac or EDC flashlight. It is the only flashlight with a clip (that I own) which is not reversible. I used it for about a month and gave it away.

TAC- The most overused & overrated word in the flashlight World!

If you have zero tactical training or experience then your opinion on the "tactical" capability of this light is worth absolutely nothing.

Strobe is gay. Also im pretty sure the other aa is 1000 lumens and it's only 20 bucks. Its smaller but like why tf would i want the same capability in a larger package?
