I like the Toya redemption. he genuinely feels like he's trying to atone for what he's done and doesn't just expect people to forgive him.
I also like that they lumped the two "slowest" episodes this season together because a lot of people don't like how much Overdress is more like a regular slice of life than the other Vanguard series. I've always seen that as the best part about it though.

To be fair, I did get the impression he was only in med school in the first place because his parents wanted it, but if that wasn’t the case, that’s not a great career move.
Well this is a world based around a card game so I guess becoming a card fighter professionally would be much much more worthwhile then in our own world
This aged really well with the last episodes of will+dress haha
i mean in there world card fighting proffessional is like being a youtube if you are successful your gonna be rich but if you don't well you won't

Lily's performance as Megumi in this episode is incredible!
And one more thing: look at Yu Yu at 30:30. Look how damn cute he is.
Oh, and he doesn't escape cross-dressing. I don't think he ever will.

Yes this double feature are the first episodes of the dub with episode 2 coming next week. The first of this special is actually a prologue aka episode 0, which means it's a bridge for season 1 to get to season 2.
