Hi there, I can speak fluently english - like most germans. But because it is a german tv show, wich is only published in german-speaking countrys it is no surprise. Even if I (if i talk to an englishmen) speak english so that he/she feels more comfortable. And the translation helps older people and maybe some other people wich are bad educated or don't often use or practice their english skills. I prefer to listen to them in their original voice.

I am from Europe in the Mediterranean countries and I know pretty good English and if I get the chance, I'll speak in English. But, why Germans and generally many Europeans don't know or don't want to speak in English?; Like what? No.
