So nicely done......great presentation!! Looks yummy.
This is awesome!! I'm going to try these this weekend and give them away as gifts! Nice video. Thank you!!
That looks so delicious!! You made that look so easy lol❤
I was a bartender at a popular restaurant years ago. A favorite hot drink in the winter was hot chocolate with Bailey’s. It was called a ‘Coco Puff’! Yum! 😋
That sounds delicious!
Can u fill bomb with just bailey's or rumplminyz ?
@@nosolar2023 Hi! Sure! The chocolate will keep it all within the bomb.
I’d actually mix the cocoa mix with Bailey’s. I may try that, I’ll let you know!
Happy Holidays, Trish!
@@verucasalt2391 thanks! Happy Holidays to you too!
@@nosolar2023 🙂
Thank you for mentioning the measurements/ratios! So many cocoa bomb videos don't and it's very helpful for beginners!

Hi lovely from the UK. looks so delicious😃👍💚
Hope me and my little sister get to make a brunch of them this year
Very nice
Thank you so much! Better than reading imo
Thank you 🙂
Wonderful! I'm going to try these this weekend. Why don't you have to temper the chocolate melts? Also, if I used a different flavor liquor, how much heavy cream, chocolate chips, and liquor do I use?
You said ganache and I said oh sweet jebus i need it 🤤
Awesome…now i want to try these! Thank you
Do we need “melting” chocolate? This is probably the best video for drink bombs I’ve seen yet. Definitely going to make
Those look great. What size spheres do you use?
Real talk sis 💯 Tru.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🎯
"I'm making mine with ganache and Baileys!" God bless you, my child -- THIS is a hot cocoa bomb!
What about adding some cotton candy extract to the shells or filling? What about mocha bombs or speed bombs using insten espresso?
What is the shelf life on these bombs? And do you need to refrigerate them once made? Thanks! They are beautiful.
Hi. If made with Bailey’s they’ll last for a few weeks at room temperature in an airtight container. Past a month I’d keep them refrigerated. If made with heavy cream they’ll last at room temperature for about 5 days and should be refrigerated after that.
Rancabana🤤
Do these need to stay refrigerated with the ganache? Thank you so much
Great video thank you 😊 also where did you get your mugs from? They look tall and double wall? Ty
I got mine from HomeGoods. But these on Amazon are similar.

Looks super delicious. Any idea how long they will keep for before they need to be used?
Hi. I've tested keeping them on the counter for a few weeks. And in the refrigerator for about 3 months.
@@SweetSerenityKitchen thanks so much for your reply. Appreciated ❤
How do you store these? Do they have to be refrigerated
Could I add more baileys for a more intense flavour,do I need to reduce choco in ganache
You can add more Bailey's. Your ganache will just set up less solid.
Love the recipe, thanks for sharing! The recipe just says 1/2 of both chocolate chips and Bailey's..am right to assume you mean "cup"? TIA
Yes it's cup. Thanks for catching that!
I enjoyed your post. I want to make edible Christmas gifts. This is one is on my list. Do you have other edible items that includes spirits? I was thinking about a fruit cake, do you have a fruit cake video with alcohol? I just subscribed. Thanks. Really enjoyed your video!
I don't have a fruit cake video. But I may do one for the holidays. Thanks for the suggestion!
How long is the shelf life with the Baileys inside the cocoa bomb?
I made these and they taste great, look amazing but... mine won't melt so pretty, I get little pieces of chocolate in there which makes it look as if it has curdled :( any idea why this happens? 🤔
I was thinking that I try this out, but then you said how careful you had to be when removing the shells so they don't break and knew that I would end up breaking most of them.
Finally a recipe without powdered package crap lol
I hope to make" boozy b9mbs" to gift this xnas...thanks for this video..Baileys yum
How long are they good for?
Hi. If made with Bailey’s they’ll last for a few weeks at room temperature in an airtight container. Past a month I’d keep them refrigerated. If made with heavy cream they’ll last at room temperature for about 5 days and should be refrigerated after that.
How long will this last in the shells?
I've tested keeping them on the counter for a few weeks. And in the refrigerator for about 3 months
AMAZING THANKS YOU GOODNESS 🌟❤️🖤💚🤎 FAMILY DAPHNE COTTON ALWAYS 💜 AWESOME BEAUTIFUL ✨
Does heating the Baileys reduce the alcohol?
Yes, it does
Hi. The alcohol wouldn't be reduced much following the instructions I've posted because the Bailey's isn't heated for long. If you'd like to reduce the alcohol more, heating it longer will do the trick. Just be sure to keep it at a simmer. Hope thus helps!
I made this to fill bottles for my brother’s wedding. But best to melt chocolate then add baileys. So you don’t evaporate the alcohol.
It can be done either way. Heating this way doesn't evaporate the alcohol much since it's heated for a short time. You definitely still get the alcohol in this version 😅
Is the ratio of bailey's to chocolate chips 1 to 1??
TIA
Yes it is.
Heating the baileys does it reduce the alcohol in it
Hi! No. The Bailey's and cream is only heated until you get a slight boil, so it's not cooking long enough to reduce the alcohol.
@@SweetSerenityKitchen it does. Alcohol starts to evaporate at 78 C.
When is the next video coming out??
Videos will resume shortly. My grandmother passed a little over a week ago. Taking a little break to process.
@@SweetSerenityKitchen sorry for your loss. Take your time. We’ll be here.
看上去好美味 但是应该很高的热量😭😭😭😭
I can’t access the recipe… :((
sweetserenitykitchen.com/baileys-hot-chocolate-bombs/
Here's the link!
Your recipe calls for 1/2 semi sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 of Baileys but 1/2 of what?
cups
Yes cups. Sorry about that!
I prefer to melt the chocolate not the bailey’s so alcohol doesn’t evaporate.
In the method I use, the Bailey's isn't heated long enough to evaporate the alcohol. So either way will work 😉
What a great idea! I will definitely try this. Looks sooooooo yummy!
