My favorite youtube. I have seen some stuff even worse in my years of skiing. Thank you for showing this to non believers. Especially crashing into the ski racks at the resorts. Everyone should have to take at least 1 ski lesson.

Never ever put your heels down when your sliding out of control...flip over on your stomach and use your hands too dig in and keep your knees bent and feet off the ground.

Hell no Dig in and stay as much my ass as possible. Especially on a double black on gnarly terrain. If I hit rocks and roots I’ll have a better chance of surviving than allowing my vital organs to get shredded as you suggest and try to slow yourself down with your gloves or mitten, seriously????? My boots have always been fine to stop as I go into a slide. But hey that’s just me.
