Sometimes we take life so seriously and forget that in the end no matter what we do, how hard we try, how many "things" we have, etc...NONE of it is permanent. It's best to just enjoy each moment, laugh, let go, and just BE

Don't take life too serious, what ever, you won't get out alive off it.
A good mental practice i do is to really focus on the fact that i am going to die, its inevitable. It makes all my anxiety go away and think to myself fuck it im just gonna do what it is i really wana do right now becuse im going to die anyway so no point in wasting time doing whats expected or whats "important".
Make me want to break the illusions I created for myself and standards
I can't express how amazed am I to hear these words. I am really grateful.
When I should make some important decision, I remind myself these words and I start smiling :))) These is the key for a better life

Someone pls help I cry everyday because I hate school but before i liked it now I just want to be home and intake stress for no reason on tests and homework and I worry about everything including marks
I not dead serious at all. I like Sadhguru in general but I don't necessarily agree with everything things he says. He has his flaws and limitation like every human being.
