- Back by popular demand Kathrine Narducci & Tara Cannistraci! On this weeks episode Kathrine brought a list of questions that she wanted to ask us all on the show. These questions are both physiological and thought provoking. Now we have gotten to know each other every well over the past few years, but we are constantly still learning new things about one another.
Some of these questions include biggest fear, best/worst trait, 3 words that people would use to describe you and if you were to reincarnate into an aminol, what would it be? Along with these questions, we also give some great insights on how to deal with your fears and life in general. I promise you that this episode is highly insightful and motivational!
I think that this is very important when it comes down to friendships like this. It helps keep a strong, healthy relationship between all of us.

Tara Cannistraci is an Italian-American comedian, actress & writer. She was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. She is quickly becoming one of the most sought after stand-up comics. Tara has taken her talents to stage, television, film, and centerfield as the scoreboard host for the New York Yankees.
Some of the questions that we answer are hilarious and others are a bit more personal.

The negative self doubt is an Italian thing. I often go down the negative road when things are good… waiting for the other shoe to drop. Positive thoughts and forward motion is the only way…. It’s hard sometimes. This discussion was so helpful!

somewhere way back i seemed to have convinced myself that it's simply being smart to plan for the worst & hope for the best, but usually i spend *a whole lot more time* planning for the worst & not enough time hoping for the best, so i end up exhausted, yet struggling with insomnia, again. that imposter syndrome you had to go & bring up. no thank you, actually. this was good. i saw who your guests were & i was so happy when i clicked on the link, & the wham - you couldn't have possibly gone with a greater reality check jugular vein. a little caught off guard but 100% a good reminder. wow. in my 50s & still learning this one. really though, 100% gratitude!
