1660 is showing the typical boost clock in this video, similar to what we see in the 1660 Ti and 1660 Super, and with manual oc every of those cards can reach 2000 mhz or more

Did you test the rx 5500 xt by turning the fans before it exceeded 71-73ºC? , or did the fans turn once they passed this temperature?
The rx 5500xt is a direct competitor of 1650s not the 1660 xD, i buy one 2 years ago 174us
Then Ur once is 4gb varient. Its 8gb variant that costs 210$.

This is not the best platform for RX5500XT. Need pci-e 4 and SAM .
Both will costs more.
