Im sorry AMD I love your processors but you need to work better on your budget gaming graphics cards. MSI GTX 1660 costs less than RX 5500 xt so you know what ill be getting.

Don't get the 1660ti, get the 1660 super instead. The ti is 50 euros more expensive and only gets 5 fps more than the super in most games. I'd recommend getting the super, but if you have a tight budget then go for the 5500xt

Is not depending on these factors only. The cards have Core units, memory bus speed, and other factors. It depends on the game as well. Some games are Nvidia optimized like GTA 5, Fortnite, etc and other are AMD optimized

It has a better lifetime though. With updated amd drivers and 8gbs of RAM, it will last longer than the 1660. The 8gbs will allow it to play bigger games in future.

5500xt is really a joke. I like it but the price is 'meh'. It would only be good if you get it for a bargain price and you have an older card. Just go 1660 super,much better, but do not buy the overpriced/top of the line variants. Because of you go that way might as well add a few more $$ and get the 5600xt.

You should have done some test using Vulkan API, like Doom 2016, or even DOTA 2, but running in Vulkan.
