You have my dream bike. I love everything about it. It’s great to see a father and son have the same passion about Harley’s. Neither my son or stepson’s have any interest in riding let alone building, but my 7 year old grandson is showing a lot of interest in it. He sits in the garage right next to me when I’m working on one and hands me tools and asks intelligent questions. Everything will go to him when I die. Again, you have one beautiful sled. Ride safe!
Now your cooking! Loved the video, love the bike, good call on the handle bar swap and your Dad seems like a cool character- more of him especially please. Keep up the good work!
Fist thing DO NOT LOCK OUT YOUR KNEE!!! Second thing killer bike, I bought same year from local guy here in NC . His daughter had posted it on FB marketplace and well two days later I was getting this thing off the rental trailer and by 2:30 that afternoon I had her running and two guys standing in my shop trying to buy it out from under me . And like that bike matching frame. motor .and tranny. I was just meant to be . And yes the right side front drum is correct ,lol. Cheers man , ride safe. G. Speight
Fantastic bike brother. Also love the tunes and the mug. The changes you made in your vid really make that old Shovel pop. Your dad seems like an awesome guy to turn wrenches and hang out with. It’s good to see a father and son with the same interests enjoying their time together. You definitely have a new subscriber here.
Lovely bike! Your Pop's 76 looks better. Sorry! A front fender would balance it out. The FL front fender is a style icon. Great channel, G'day from Australia.
@@braydonhopper - I'm with you on that. There's a guy down the road from me, who owns a 1970 FLH in a basket. He won't sell it for love or money. Ride safe. -- W
that bike gives me a little woody. I had from 68- 72 shovels, all fls. but I had what i called the twins my 70 and 71. my 70 was a monster. and my 71 I put over a half a million miles on. It saw all of the America's from high in the norther teitory, Alaska and as low as Patagonia and everything in between. I love those " unreliable" bikes and think Harleys got worse from there. now im on a twincam , its fine but a cookie cutter with no real soul but what do i know im old and probably just one of those guys " back in my day".... haha beautiful bike.

Great channel I just subscribed…im binge watching all your videos…but im gonna need more content 😉 love that shovel I’ve got an 83 Shovel and 93 EVO
Dig the channel, in '92 I was told that in a barn, there's a '79 with 151 miles on it. It was true, then it was mine.
That's awesome!

Nice ride
Cool video. Hey to your dad!! Peace y'all
Thank you
Missin my ole shovel
BEAUTIFUL!!!❤❤❤
Nothing major cut up on this cherry Shovelhead. Love that color. Thanks.
That's why I bought it. All the other ones you find are chopped to pieces or have had a bunch of terrible work done to them

@@walterfechter8080 that bothers me. It's like "just let it go to a good home, dude". Instead of rotting away
@@braydonhopper That's for sure!

Yes they are!
I agree… 👍.. thanks for the reply to this..top bike …
Great vid. Great shovel. Can you share any info about the seat you have on it? That is really nice looking.
I believe it's an old drag specialties seat
Where is this barn? Lol. Im building a 69 and I need a right side drum front end. Same as the one you got on that bike.
Those are hard to come by
What are those new H bars called? Those are exactly what I want for my Night Train.
I forget the exact name, but I got them from biltwell
