When it comes to Curved Ultrawide monitors for gaming the BenQ Mobiuz 3415r does exceed expectations. With resolution at 3440 by 1440p and features like 2m GTG, 144hz, and being on a IPS panel it's hard not to be impressed. But the real question is....is this worth it at this pricepoint?

OK now I just have to make a vid covering the best monitors for PS5 and XBSX 👏👏 I'd definitely say these higher tier curved ultrawides have come a long way from the old VA panels that used to get so much use. Faster pixel response times in combination with IPS panels being used really was the tipping point to putting these builds in their own realm as far as ultrawides go. Hey a very late comment I know. I bought one of these a few weeks ago at a good price as I switched from an NVIDIA card to a 3900XT AMD card as the price was right and a decent upgrade. I was running a Acer X34P and that was a great monitor. I am loving the colours in the BenQ more. I don't use the speakers but bung for buck here in Australia right now. Thumbs up.

What was that first demo with reflective helmet? Is that being rendered real time?
I loved my previous LG ultrawide, but I switched to a 27in LG along with a second monitor that I use vertically.
The extra screen real estate is nice, but gaming on a console with an ultrawide monitor is just a waste, sadly.

i just bought 2 of these yesterday, but how the hell u turn off the freesync on pc, usally u can go into the monitor settings and turn it off, but i cant seem to find it, and its always on when im gaming on my rx 6950... please help

@@pullnpray7154 If you play any competitive FPS, I’d recommend a smaller tv. I used to play on a bigger tv, but you want a fast monitor to play competitive. Big tv’s are great for single player games (just my opinion).

i love ultrawide monitors , but i do not like that every video format and game dont support ultrawide yet on consoles .
2 years later consoles are still shit on ultrawides. Hope they realise it when making the next xbox and ps6

34” isn’t huge. 38” LG and 48” Samsung ultrawide monitors are huge.

Ikr!!!! But I’m slowly talking a step back from caring so much about my 240hz with DyAc and think I want a more “immersive” gameplay aka this bad boy right here. Also I believe the black strobe effect is very similar to dyac anyways so ya ima prob just use my current monitor as a 3rd
I use samsung 27 inch curved 60z monitor but I might upgrade to 144 since u play call of duty in a year or so , but for my first monitor the graphics are beautiful it was 170 it wasn't too bad but then again I'm 15 and I got it for my birthday lmao

The color settings in BenQs are a NIGHTMARE. Always off, nearly impossible to set yourself.
