- Flooding in Northern Italy has killed at least 11 people and forced thousands more to evacuate their homes less than a year after a historic drought. The region has been battered by torrential rain, triggering floods and landslides. CBS News foreign correspondent Chris Livesay has more.

This video was made on 29th of May in the morning used recording of chemical rainbow and chemical spraying from the same day mixed with a clear blue sky with natural clouds from last week, when we had a few days break from chemical attack.
This is what followed, strong wind, hail and heavy raining a few hours later at around 15 00. Later around 17 00 the temperature dropped to 11degree.
