3 By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life. We have received all of this by coming to know him, the one who called us to himself by means of his marvelous glory and excellence.
4 And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires.
5 In view of all this, make every effort to respond to God’s promises. Supplement your faith with a generous provision of moral excellence, and moral excellence with knowledge,
6 and knowledge with self-control, and self-control with patient endurance, and patient endurance with godliness,
7 and godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love for everyone.
8 The more you grow like this, the more productive and useful you will be in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
9 But those who fail to develop in this way are shortsighted or blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their old sins.
10 So, dear brothers and sisters, work hard to prove that you really are among those God has called and chosen. Do these things, and you will never fall away.

Yes Vicky, stay the course. It really hard some days, but I keep trying. Please pray for my daughters Madonna and Sophia. Sophia has digestion problems every day and has pain. I keep trying to help her to trust our Lord for His healing, but it’s hard when you suffer day after day. Thank You and God Bless you and Upper Room Ministries.

Prayers for our beautiful 17 yr old compassionate, caring granddaughter Evie Claire who suffers with depression. She has an eating disorder, hates her body. Breaks my heart. We are in Costa Rica with her family. A very stone faced unhappy girl.😢 Father in Heaven , please deliver this girl from this debilitating disorder.🙏❤
And praying for freedom in the name of Jesus Christ! Be as much light as you can around her What I mean by that is host he who is Presence... And the exposure to the light will do its work! Sort of like being exposed to the sun and getting a suntan! But this is being exposed to the SON... And receiving His effects!

Amen, Amen, Amen. I learned a lot of these lessons in the 90s from Jesus and I backslid down the mountain of holiness and am now climbing back up again. How foolish of me! I heard from Jesus via another holy soul that He wants us to keep climbing up not going round and round the mountain. It is so important to understand that it is primarily a spiritual world and our battle is against our and God’s real enemy and to learn and apply the rules of war. Thank you Vicki. We've been praying for our son to speak to us for 7 years, not a budge. We will stay the course. We are praying for the conversion of him and his family. For deliverance and healing. We miss them.
OK, don't want to be a bother, but did you do anything to repell your son? I have not talked to my father in seven years and I can tell you that my estrangement from him is very justified... I do not want to judge or blame you without knowing the details, but be sure you are clear and clean on your side, if not you should not be surprised your prayers are not granted.
