Sketchy & Creepy Schindler 400a north elevators - Hoffman Town Center Garage - Alexandria VA

(📹 4/27/2024) Here are some Schindler 400as treated like crap at the Hoffman Town Center garage in Alexandria VA. They are quite sketchy and creepy to the extent they look like one of those settings where you'd wake up while something bad had happened to you. Missing/burnt out fluorescent bulbs on all elevators really make these creepy. The chimes on these are quite accelerated compared to the floor indicators, which I've never seen on a 400a before. They accelerate and decelerate quite slowly. I do like the cover for the emergency phone button though.

They sounded pretty much equal to other 400as I've been on, like the ones at the Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City NJ and the Bayfront Convention Center skybridge in Erie PA
