@@robertomxm7770 Bro it’s very common, You’re not only one who feel dizzy after leg workout even i have seen professional bodybuilders in the gym vomits after intense leg workout.
Actually I don’t have any pro tip but i would say that concentrate on your workout and don’t think about getting dizzied after workout...

Didnt eat or drink anything before gym
Pushed too much as before gym didnt do a single exercise anytime before...the trainer made us try all the basic equipment on the first day itself

Happened with me today. My first day as well. Worst feeling of my life.
I am non regular gym guy...and went today after almost a month to the gym and started intense leg workout...after 3 exercise I got fainted but was conscious . I felt like almost dead . Immediately gym staff provided me glucon-d and I recovered within few minutes.

Same here.... today was the my first time
I went to the gym without any trainer, I walked on the treadmill for 15 mins, then stopped... after that I started feeling dizzy, some girls started laughing ik it 🥲 it's for the first time, I went to gym... I felt humiliated and bad and hopeless... I felt how are these girls working out so smoothly..and i fainted down in just 15 mins of walking 😭now i get it, it happens, nothing wrong with me.... I'll work hard, no need to get demotivated. Thankyou so much sir ❤️🥺

I do 45 minute cardio everyday and I feel as I 'll fall asleep right on my mat after I finish my exercise . May be it's because there is considerable blood circulation and muscle stretch.
Mostly I sleep on the same cold ground, where I do workout.. Just after my workout

Had an awful experience today. I don't go to gym but I used to do 300 squats at home 3 months back. Everything was fine. But after 3 months of gap today I decided to hit 300 again. I was empty stomach, I did 160 and started feeling tired, felt like throwing up but since was empty stomach, nothing happened, then things started blacking out, I was losing breath. But still I did not faint, it was as if I was about to get an attack. This lasted well about 3 minutes. I called for my mom and she came sprinkling water on my face, then things started cooling down slowly.
I guess vomiting or even a proper blackout would be better and gotten me off quickly rather than whatever hell of 3 minutes I went through today.
Could anyone suggest what I should do/drink before or during workout so that this scenario doesn't take place again? Thank you.

Thanks. Just began working out and forgot to put lemon juice in my water. I'd recommend natural electrolytes, including naaryal paani. Don't get the electrolytes with artificial stuff in it, your body won't thank you. Really good electrolyte powders cost money, I know, so do the Stevia, salt and lemon 🍋 juice. Also, thanks for the tip to take 2 minute break. Didn't think of that!! Will start doing from next workout.

I am Dealing with a Issue...
I do Workout in Morning as i Drink Water immediately after waking up & then after 20mins I Eat Apple 40mins before my workout...but still it cause acid reflux & burp while working out ...So What's the Solution?
