I play badminton every evening for 45 minutes... and it gives me more energy to focus on studies...
Exercise karne se dimag jyada information retain karta hai, Sataaa sat ghusta hai information dimag pe. ❤️
Workout definitely make you feel tired plus going gym and coming back consume 2 hours and then your diet is important if someone cooks for you in your house or make your diet it will save your time but if you make your own by self then it will consume time and then all day will be like that you don't get enough time to study and then you get tired you can study in night only. So basically i wanna say that go to gym or do workout 4 days in a week .
Do lift weight but don't go for heavy .
@@theabhiyouknow3846 yes bro I was in my best form last year but had to leave gym because of my CA exams. I passed the exams but was so depressed. I ain’t gonna repeat that mistake again. Decided to do less intense exercises which will save a lot of energy.
