Sounds like the entertainment system was not wired with safety in mind. If a wire shorts out it should instantly pop a breaker so the wiring can’t get red hot to the point the copper melts. Kinda surprised they don’t have a c02 system to put out fires

the utter stupidity of those swiss air pilots is off the charts. That episode was like watching the bugs bunny road runner hour. An absolute abomination against those passengers. And this episodes attempts and excuses to cover up the pilots mistakes was deplorable.

The narration is often drowned out by the reenactments of the story. Needs better balance, or don't bother with the narration at all.
