I've watched a lot of these videos and I'm trying to figure out what it is about them I find fascinating. Like I'm on both sides. I agree that it's a dick move to film people (I think the masks lends to the discomfort people are feeling and I wonder if people would not care as much if he didn't have a mask on), but also I get enjoyment out of the people realizing they aren't on the right side of the law with their claims. Humans love to witness conflict and resolution, I guess.
What is considered harassment in California? The civil harassment laws say “harassment” is: Unlawful violence, like assault or battery or stalking, OR. A credible threat of violence, AND. The violence or threats seriously scare, annoy, or harass someone and there is no valid reason for it. Public Filming does not constitute Harassment, if it did CNN and FOX NEWS would be out of business.
