They didn't "lose" $3.7 million. They _invested_ $3.7 million. They probably called it a loss for tax reasons.

Wrexham were never in debt. They were fan owned and didn't own the stadium so banks refused to loan them money or go into the red. They survived over a decade on a totally shoestring budget. That;s why when the new owners paid 2 million for the club it went straight into buying players and getting things fixed after years of disrepair.

I made a short list of ERRORS in this video
1 - Pronounces Rob last name wrong
2 - Wrexham was never in debt
3 - Relegated from league 2 not 1
4 - 19th is SAFE FROM RELEGATION. If 19th was the lowest the club got in it history, they would not be relegated.
5 - Ryan was not a fan of football, I stop at the 1 minute and can't listen to his total tool anymore.
I made a short list of ERRORS in this comment
1- They were still relegated from league one at some point, so this video was technically correct.
2-They finished 19th in the National League, which is the lowest finish in the lowest league they have been in. Video is correct.
3- It was impossible for you to know the video said that Ryan Reynolds is a football fan, because that was first mentioned at 1:18, when you allegedly stopped at 1:00.
If you’re going to trash and nit pick a video, at least do it well.

The club was sold for a £1:00 pound on provisal that that £2.000.000 million pounds were put into the club. Before the £2.000.000 million was put into the club the club accounts stated at companies House that there was £1.5 million which would have been eaten up the following season by running costs. In my opinion that would have been the last season for the club as we would know it until the takeover came about. So close to going in to oblivion.

We were £5 million in debt in 2020? No we weren't we were debt free. If your gonna make some piece on Wrexham at least get it right. The fans took over in 2011, the constitution stated we were not allowed to take on debt, we literally spent whatever income we got. When it was handed to R&R it was debt free and in a play off place. Wish all these outsiders would stop spouting rubbish, by doing so, your alienating the very fans your trying to get to watch your video's ..... Novel idea, fact check stuff with long term fans before putting anything out, sure there's thousands who could critique before you post.

Also, the club was debt-free at the time of the takeover. That was one of the reasons why Rob & Ryan chose Wrexham.
