Trinity Alps High Route 2021

Canyon Creek Trailhead to Grizzly Lake and back. About a 30 mile lollipop loop with 50% off trail along the ridge and then back down the canyon creek area. I did this as a quick weekend trip down from Corvallis, OR. Really glad to experience the pristine granite but trying to fit it into a weekend wasn't enough time to give this place justice. Excited to explore the trinities more in the future!

Am looking at doing a similar loop this upcoming August! How did you find the terrain from Mirror Lake over Kalmia pass? Have heard it can be pretty sketchy

I didn’t have enough time to extend out the loop to go by mirror lake so ended up coming back down the canyon below wedding cake
