If you have Kia and you need to replace the transmission solenoid on Kia or you want to know where the transmission solenoid / solenoids are located on your Kia transmission in this video we will explain do that. We demonstrated how to replace transmission solenoid on A6MF1 transmission but it may work on other transmissions such as A6MF1 A6LF1 A6LF2. Great video. Thank you. It would be super helpful if you stated the torque specifications on the bolts you are removing, i.e. the transmission oil pan cover, the temperature sensor, etc.

My 2011 Koup has a harsh shift from 2nd to 3rd gear. Which solenoid would I replace? 2nd or 3rd solenoid? Or both? I’ve replaced the harness and temp sensor and issue didn’t fix it.
My 2013 Serento downshifts hard on last shift at exactly 25 mph. Could it be a shift solenoid ,if so how do you know which one it is ?

I have a 2013 kia sportage automatic transmission . Under normal driving the transmission shifts perfect. Under half or full throttle shifts hesitates between shifting as if it goes into neutral before going I to next gear. Fluid just replaced about 2 months ago. Any idea what could cause this improper shifting under full throttle. Thanks

How do you know if its that?? No codes came up but when put in drive, car doesnt engages right away, when it does. Have a jolt forward and around gear1-4 feel slight slip as well

@@jaemom09ify i changed the type of oil and put a treatment, it still has a slight delay but it engages now. Mkae sure its the proper type of oil

When I come to a stop in my '19 kia sorento 3.3l, I come to a stop and It feels like it drops to neutral for maybe two seconds then it kicks in drive. Could the motor mount cause that?

Use diesel, then petrol to do a flush. The petrol and diesel will evaporate out the breather.
