    This man is such a visionary. He’s story is truly inspiring.
    Two things out of the many I got and would like to share are;
    1. There are beneficiaries of a service and there are givers of the service. One set spends money, the other makes money and that’s what makes the world go round.
    2. Success is a journey, it’s certainly not a fulfillment or a destination. It’s when you’ve been able impact the life’s of people you don’t know positively without expecting any gratitude in return.
    Thank you so much Steve for documenting this.👏🏽👏🏽

      When compared to other cities and towns in Nigeria and the subregion, Lagos growth can be seen as rapid!
      A deep seaport has been completed, the Dangote refinery has been completed, both in the Lekki corridor, a new airport has been earmarked as well as the 4th Mainland bridge!
      The first few stations of the Blue Line has been commissioned ( though I admit myself that this particular rail project is as slow as fcuk).
      The first of private residential homes have begun to spring up on Eko Atlantic( another slow project, Damn!!!)

    Wow!! A humble, hardworking and brilliant Nigerian businessman and investor with a very smart vision bumps the Nigerian economy with a an business idea to a scale unimaginable anywhere else here in continental Afrika!, except off course, Dubai Palms in the UAE and Singapore's equivalent in SE Asia. He bought & converted a huge chunk of bare ignored beach land into a haven of Coastal experience and an astonishing visitor average input of 20,000 visitors each week!!!. This gentleman deserves hearty accolades and Respect. He inspires me & many business people immensely. Blessings to him🙏 👏 🙏.

Makes me very proud that Lagos is now developing to also cater for tourism and lifestyle, my desire is to see us mature to the likes of what exists in Zanzibar and beyond i have no doubt that we have what it takes.

    Nigeria can short-circuit its growth and development aspirations by leveraging its diaspora assets and emerging technologies.
    We have the ingredients for growth and development: huge market, good demographic, natural resources, and highly entrepreneurial people.
    What is needed:
    1. Smart and effective leadership.
    2. Strengthening the rule of law( a rule-based environment)
    3. Considerable protection and security of lives and property.
    Just little things that will catalyze growth and development.
