the mic is on point - the sound is excellent. This is unintentional ASMR at its very best.

Merriam, I just wanted to say this summed me up so perfectly I almost shed a tear. Your voice is so relaxing here as well. Thank you so much for this vital information. I had been struggling for the perfect summation of my color palette. Also you are so funny “not everyone looks good in oatmeal”🤣

  • @Miss_Susanita

I was analyzed as a true autumn, however, I still feel more radiant in baby blue or Barbie pink and I tend to get more compliments if I wear cooler colors instead of rusty brownish colors.. they look great as well but just a bit boring.. so I was always very confused about my autumn result

  • @DoomsdayApparatus

I recently realized I'm warm and delicate, I'd always thought I was a warm autumn but I'm more of a soft autumn!

  • @susan5431

You have such a peaceful presence. Could listen to you talk about anything.

  • @carlamattei7276

These dusty and warmer types of colors are far from my closet; Whenever I go shopping for clothes, I look for cool, radiant colors!

  • @onewisteria

I am loving the consistent uploads ✨✨

I laughed so hard at the oatmeal part. And it’s true! Recently I bought an oatmeal colored piece online and it surprised me how good it looked irl

  • @lindseylouise8312

I do believe that I’m warm and delicate and feel like I can’t wear any “colors.” It makes sense because I look better in neutrals. This video is a much more positive spin to my “season!” 😃

  • @dreag5717

In the cool and radiant column/ the second color on bottom/ is that hot pink or fuschia? And the color next to it/ is that burgundy or wine?

  • @tsuchiryu9566

Love your approach. This is me...I was stuck. I felt like a softer deep autumn but also I can wear almost any color (and a range of hair colors)...but this makes sense. This was very helpful. 👏🏽 Thank you! ❤

Yes, the sound is great! It has been for the past few videos. It’s so nice to be seeing more videos from you lately. I am looking forward to the new one you mentioned.

  • @KDbelieves

This is why it was so hard for me to find my colors. I looked good in every color with the exception of cool and radiant colors. And even with that, I somehow look great in saturated pinks, some saturated blues, and black.

  • @IncantationSadness

Thank you so much for this video! When you said in another one that warm and delicate is a very forgiving skin tone, I got this phrase stuck in my mind and started wondering why. Now, I not only fully understand the reason but also learned a bit more of why I was struggling so hard to type people who are warm and delicate.

  • @babygirl5066

Can you also do an analysis for the very bright seasons? Your outlook is so eye-opening 💕

This is the best video on my colouring I have ever seen! I am so confused by my colouring & am overwhelmed by colour palettes. I can’t wait to see the next video with in more depth. Thank you so much Merriam.

  • @keena_x

This is extremely helpful! Great examples, inspired to narrow down my palette.

I think a very important factor is the red and green balance, like when you talked about hair colors in an older video. I am warm and delicate, but I am yellow toned with no red to my actual undertone. In this video rihanna looks quite bad in her outfit tbh bc she is just so red in her undertone. I sometimes saw her as warm in some pics, but I thought she might be cool and delicate with a rosy undertone bc of how bad she looks in actually warm colors. I personally think a brighter green or a light blue, look great on me, even though I am warm and delicate. Peach, salmon and coral look bad as the colors stands out too much from my skin tone, but I look very yellow and warm in them. I am quite pale though and highly contrasted with very warm, but dark to mid brown hair and brown eyes. In pics I might even look cool toned if the lighting is very bright. I would wear the royal blue bathing suit over the peach anytime. I noticed also that even as an SD, wearing head to toe very dark colors is just too much, so I think mid toned colors create enough contrast for me without being too light. I think they really lift up my features and skin tone. Also light colors can contrast with my hair and eyes and that is where the contrast is rather than in wearing dark clothes. I can pull off black, but in the end it just isn't IT. I prefer yellows, gold, greens, greys, yellow toned browns and beiges, taupes, blues, silver, but I still wear other colours intentionally, knowing they will contrast with my skin in a different way.

This really emphasizes to me my goal of putting together monochrome sets of my best colors.

  • @RegalCandy

I sent draping pictures to a color analysis Facebook group and they couldn’t figure it out! I honestly think this is my issue thank you for sharing.
