I wish we had a HEB, those candles are ones I like but I love and always get the ones from Aldi’s and yes freezing the bread and baked goods works very well. It tastes fresh and exactly the same later.

Yes they have a lot of sugar in those juices. When they say no sugar they mean added sugar. It’s like eating a cake 😂but in liquid form. I never purchase them cause that’s a lot of sugar. If I’m going to consume sugar, I rather a cookie lol. They do have zero sugar options for juices on the market tho. Always read your labels.
😂😂 right . I only get those because that’s what WIC pays for . I wish they paid for zero sugar juices but they only give you those options with the sugar in it . Absolutely it’s very important to read the labels , yes I read them all the time . I bought zero sugar kool aid juices and my kids like it so I will continue to get those .❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Yes HEB has pretty good deals and coupons. I dont know id you have it, but if you downlaod the apo they have exclusive coupons on there as well so you can save more sometimes.

I belive the sugar in the juice comes from the fruit, it has alot of natural sugar.

Yass cut your own meat and cheese , don’t buy pre sliced or shredded if at all possible, loaded with preservatives and icky stuff , plus you paying more for them to do it for you! You are doing so great !!!! Whooop!!! 🎉🎉

I live in Missouri and we’ve picked strawberry’s since I was a little girl with my mother and grandmother and they froze some and they made jelly out of some. Since they’ve passed I wanted to do the same with my grands but it’s hard to find patches in our area. My son and daughter in law just bought a new house with some land and have planted a big garden and my son planted two smaller strawberry patches so I could make jelly with my four grandchildren and I’m so excited. They are already blooming . ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Lactose milk taste like regular milk
Thank you for letting me know . I think I will try it out because regular milk hurts my stomach . I can only do almond milk but I get regular milk for the kids .
