The best way to cook brisket is marinade over night and low and slow in the oven covered for about 6 to 8 hours. If you have a smoker that would be even better.

@@NaiomesPalace yes absolutely but you have make sure your pit is not too hot. Make sure your pit is around 225 degrees to 250.

I love B&W and I go there every other month for the sausage to put in my freezer. They have the best sausage in the city. I don't live on that side of town but I endure Houston's traffic to get their sausage. You are right about the oxtail prices.😊
